房東很有耐心，態度很好，提前就把入住指引發給我們了，房子的位置很好，離各個景區都很近，騎共享電單車十分鐘左右就能到達，房間很衞生乾淨，老闆還給我們準備了新年紅包，衞生間很乾凈，熱水也很充足。住了三天，在這裏住的很舒服。

房間很乾凈，床品也很整潔，廁所無異味，冰箱還提供免費礦泉水，一次性浴巾很方便，家庭式民宿，可以多人入住，複合我們這次旅行的需求。所以，第一天到桂林住了一天，從陽朔回來，去銀子巖和龍脊梯田又在他家住了兩天，衣服撐子真是多的隨便用啊！廚房還有洗衣液，洗潔精，真是方便極了！
性價比很高，推薦入住！

房東阿叔人真的很好，詢問吃的和遊玩的地方回答很詳細很貼心！民宿隔壁那個田源米粉真的很好吃很好吃！！民宿設備齊全，就是熱水器沒有提前開，不怎麼會用，所以洗澡的時候水不熱，大家入住前請問一下房東熱水器的相關事宜噢。

外面有點舊，裏面新裝修，很多都新，配置齊全，雖然都沒有使用，離商業街景點很近，樓下隔壁桂林米粉好吃，不錯的選擇
