The hotels location is very near to many tourist attractions in the middle of Guilin. Although positioned at a main street with lots of traffic I never had any problem with noice, not at daytime and not at night. Very comfortable bed. Very clean hotel with fresh towels and room cleaning every day. Very rich Chinese breakfast to start a new day. I also had no problem with technical equipment e.g. electricity, light, air conditioning, hot water in the room or public area of the hotel. The staff at the reception and the service staff is very friendly, polite and helpful with guests. I can really recommend the hotel for staying a short or longer time.

房間很乾凈，但是開不了冷氣，窗外有煙火味。
伴手禮三選一也沒有提供！
停車不方便，與前台溝通後讓停到酒店旁另一家酒店的停車場，説讓交費後截圖通過微信發過來就給報銷，從晚20點離開提供了付款截圖，也提供了房間訊息截圖，到第二天早10點，也未解決停車費！

服務很好，房間特別的乾淨，而且離兩江四湖特別近，象山公園走路也就是幾分鐘，住在這裡去哪裡都挺方便的，還有免費洗衣房，值得推薦！

帶小孩子從酒店到象鼻山、日月塔都在可步行的範圍，房間的床還是比較舒適的，靠近馬路邊晚上也不吵；在退房的最後一天，一個客房人員直接在過道問是不是要退房？也沒有用任何的禮貌語言，態度生硬。最後看到訂單有伴手禮，最後一直到退房也沒看到！

酒店位置很便利，交通也方便，離市中心和兩江四湖都很近，房間很乾凈，枕頭很舒服！退房的速度也很快，前台還會主動問你是做動車還是飛機，告訴怎麼坐車！值得推薦
