The food street is just right behind the hotel and 15-20mins walk to Dongxi lane and jingjiang prince palace. Excellent service. We left our power bank and they sent it back to me. We had a great time there.

Amazing hotel, I guess it has been renovated recently . The room is magnetic, and the staff can speak English quite well . Swimming pool, jacuzzis (3 of them), sauna and steam room, excellent gym with table tennis 🏓 equipments makes this property and excellent place to stay. Breakfast was excellent as I am a huge fan of Chinese food, not much of western food, but there are kids station, bread, coffee (good one) , sausage and bacon, and several other options of pastries such as croissants and danish. Thanks XiaoWu小伍 for the amazing service guiding us around the rooftop, taking pictures of us, and giving assistance providing all the important information on how to enjoy the hotel facilities . the only bad thing is the costumers , a huge amount of them smoke everywhere although there are signs saying the whole property is forbidden to smoke. The hotel should remove the ashtrays in front of the elevators . Unfortunately it is a problem in China when you go to hotels and makes very unpleasant the shared ventilation bringing smoking smell into other people’s room.

Our room had a magnificent view of the Li River. The sightseeing spots in Guilin City were all in walkable distance of the hotel. The breakfast had a good amount of variety and you can even get the typical Guilin Rice Noodles if you want. The service was over the top (everyone was super friendly and attentive). If you have any questions the staff replies to your messages within minutes. We were asked if the breakfast is alright or if they should prepare a more western one for us. They probably also saw our bin filled with empty water bottles and provided us 1.5L bottles for free 😂 Will most certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would also come myself again!

We had a good family stay at Grand Link hotel. We are foreigners in China and have 3 kids under the age of 12. All staff were helpful and accommodating to us. We especially enjoyed the large pool (they put out the lawn chairs and tables/umbrellas on our second day to visit the pool. not sure why they weren't out there on the first day). The garden in the center of the hotel was lovely and the kids really enjoyed feeding the fish. The location was such that we had to grab a didi everywhere we wanted to go, since we had kids who couldn't walk very far distances. It was super simple to get a didi though, and usually about a 10 minute ride wherever we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!

Beautiful hotel situated in ideal area. The streets around are crowded and noisy but ear-plugs will help enough if you have a light sleep. No western breakfast and not much of choice but you can find your way with what is offered. The only recommendation I would give to the hotel is about the cleaning of the floors in the rooms that can highly be improve by changing/cleaning the material after every use. Everything else is clean, but don’t walk barefoot (sorry I didn’t take any pictures of the room). The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

The location of the hotel is really good. On the right side of the door is the best rice noodle shop I have been in Guilin for 7 days. Facing the pedestrian street at the back, there is a Little Red Riding Hood selling net red glutinous rice, and duck intestines for 10 yuan and 60 skewers, which is better than anywhere else They are all cheap, the hotel room is very internet-famous design, the mattress can sleep on anything, there is an open-air garden restaurant for check-in on the 7th floor, the things used on the 7th floor seem to be a bit old. But the price/performance ratio is definitely OK in the vicinity. The old woman went to the night market on Bali 3rd Road starting at 5 o'clock, and went to the Heishan Morning Market in the morning to buy some New Year's goods. The hotel in the city center is very satisfied. By the way, the self-driving car also reimburses the parking fee, 30 a day.

I actually have very few words for how impressed I am with this hotel and the staff. I came expecting just a regular cheap hotel, the price is so low but actually it’s very very impressive. I arrived to the wrong location and one member of staff made an enormous effort to come collect me and walk me to the right one… all along the way she was happy and talking about the different places I could visit. The hotel itself is very nice, very clean and way above my expectations. The room too is fantastic - I almost didn’t want to leave the shower haha. I only booked one day but I genuinely wish I was staying here for a few more nights. The only downside I have is the restaurant food, I am vegetarian so the choices were limited but the soup on offer was delicious. I ordered another bowl. There’s also a very nice view from the restaurant balcony so do not miss that!

A great hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Most of the staff can speak some English. The hotel also offers a great variety of activities, both at the hotel and around Guilin; namely pool, Chinese calligraphy, making dumplings, city walks and so on. The hotel is situated centrally to many scenic areas, restaurants and other tourist sites. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Guilin! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Guilin.

The hotel was newly renovated in 2023. The location is very good. It is right on the Li River and only a few minutes away from East and West Alley. I negotiated with the front desk to get a quiet room on the inside. The front desk was very nice. The only drawback was that the pillow was too high, so I slept on the backrest all night. The next day I asked customer service for a thinner pillow, but it turned out to be too low. Anyway, the hotel is very good.

Location is fantastic, right in the middle of town with many local street food vendors and restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel. Also easily able to walk to Guilin main attractions such as moon hill. There was also a travel agent in the lobby that helped me to book the famous li river cruise. Would definitely recommend staying here if it fits your budget. Room was clean and quiet despite the hustle and bustle outside.

Hotel location is really good. I will suggest that one should book queen bedroom for fantastic view. Guest bedroom view is not so great. But Guest bedroom is also great to stay if you want an economical room. Elephant trunk hill is from walking distance, zhengyang pedestrian street is just on the bak side of hotel, ludi flute cave is on 10 minutesby taxi, two river four lake park is on walking distance.

Guilin Trip was amazing! The Gangshe Hotel (Guilin Two Rivers and Four Lakes Xiangshan Scenic Spot) is within the city where you can find around the famouse Guilin Food and choose the best food you can see --- located just at the side of the hotel - the busy street foods, big and small restaurant, shopping mall, near to the Guilin river trip, to the park, and if you are foreigner like me who still love Mc Donalds and/or KFC but alaso love street food, its around the hotel. The hotel service was nice! they know I am foreigner and they take care the communcation with mix Chinese- English. One of the hotel staff added my wechat and we can talk in translated English - Chinese, which is awesome. They have free tea / coffee from 2:30 to 4 PM, it was nice Latte coffee blended with Chinese snacks. My room is a single bed, enough for a solo DIY traveller's with all the comfortable facilities needed to live comfortably. I suppsoed to believe that the view outside the window is the Elephant trunk or Elephan Hill as seen on the trip.com website, its about 10 minutes away by taxi + traffic. I spend the whole afternoon trekking in the elephant hill, explaining what about the stabbed elephant mountain hahaha. Find them all on my vidoes here, and of course my other adventures with trip,.com as my company on travel for hotel and flighht booking, I will make videos and will post here : h********************************************************and visit*************************************** There is an in-house travel agency in the hotel, I booked my day trip to Yangshou thru the river cruise, that is 4 hours trip to yangshou.
