房間偏小。説是觀景房實際是衹有一個窗户，窗外是公路及停車場。
距離甲秀樓較近，導航步行顯示681米。

優點：房間乾淨，無異味，老闆服務好，離地鐵站近交通方便，樓下有超市早餐店24小時便利店棗陽，電視可以看，甲秀樓就在旁邊，離青雲集市也近，走路就能到，離其他小吃街也近，每個房間有好幾個一次性馬桶套，一次性牙刷不是那非常劣質的那種，被子非常鎖温，舒服，有淡淡的香味，睡的非常舒服，而且剛剛進去由於門口太小太窄我和我朋友都想重新訂一個酒店，但是進去被經驗了，很好，而且老闆像是看出我們的猶豫，就先帶我們去看了房，再讓我們決定要不要住。
缺點：①就是門口非常小而矮，但是不影響，長的太高的人就可以避免來這裏，因為酒店有點小，但是五臟俱全，這個對我們不影響；②就是上廁所，沖廁所聲音大而長，要好久才會停止蓄水，然後由於在馬路邊，導致會有很多車的噪聲，如果對睡的死的人，可以選擇住這裏
對我和我朋友來説，這裏挺好的，每天都會收拾，也不會隨意動我們的東西，收拾前會提前跟我們説，再進去，每次見到我們都很熱情的打招呼。總而言之，衹要不害怕噪音的都可以選他家，在五一每個酒店都漲價的情況下他家還是原來的家，真的很良心了還離景區近，交通方便。

酒店在路邊，太老太舊了，礦泉水都沒有。房間小的要命。浴巾衹有一條。很少住過這麼差的酒店，真的是特別差的體驗，湊合住完趕緊退房唯一欣慰的是老闆人還可以。
