房間比想象中小，但訂購時候就説明瞭。
前台小姐姐很熱情。
本人忘帶充電頭，但床旁插板上usb口兩個都是壞的。
總之性價比不錯，除了晚上有人走動隔音不是很好外，還算滿意。

衞生差（浴室牆上有shi，小飛蟲到處飛，兩個浴巾上有兩根頭髮，當天沒洗澡穿着秋衣秋褲睡覺了，第二天醒來脖子發紅）到時希望換個房間。找前台，前台態度很差得回覆 就那麼點錢得房間你還想怎麼樣。。。。。我。。。無言以對。。。。。那麼多年出差旅遊 第一次碰到這種奇葩事情，也是第一次給酒店差評。hetui

和朋友一起週末遊玩，先去了靈隱寺求十八籽晚上找了這家酒店準備夜遊錢塘江的預期效果比我想象中的好很多地址是在11樓（不清楚的可以聯繫前台小姐姐）

挺好 夜景很好看 周邊吃玩方便 地鐵樓下，樓下也有便利店停車位，對面商場，晚上很熱鬧 很多年輕人 也有小酒吧 咖啡 超市 電影

房間還可以 衞生也不錯 樓下就是地鐵口 就是説對前台蠻無語的 兩點之後入住的雙床房 拿到房卡之後上去碰巧遇到阿姨才剛開始打掃 跑下去問那個短髮的前台 那個房間都沒打掃出來 然後她就説 哦~那是今天週末客人退房比較晚 而且都是兩點之後入住的 這句話真搞笑 我不是兩點之後來辦理入住的嗎 搞得我提前來了一樣 再者 作為工作人員你連最起碼的哪個房間空出有沒有打掃完都不知道 就算沒打掃出來你不應該和我説一聲 要稍等一下 阿姨還沒打掃好 我問她能不能換一間 她説沒有多的雙床房了 再説我為什麼生氣吧 首先她沒有表示一點歉意 非常理所當然 在後麪了好幾遍大概多久能入住 她一直説“阿姨打掃出來能入住” 我的意思是多久 時間 後面她就有點不耐煩的説“阿姨打掃出來啊”6

酒店位置極佳，出了地鐵就是了，在你好酒店進去上 11樓辦理入住。應該是好幾家酒店在一幢大樓裏，樓下就是十足商店，買東西很方便。這次定了高級大床房，房間不大，衞生還算可以吧，在床單上發現了幾根短短的男生頭髮。衞生間也不太大，淋浴間比較舒服，就是水容易濺出來。看中了酒店位置，離着地鐵近，出行很方便。

酒店性價比很高，設施很新，主要也是去年裝修的，老闆免費給我升級了一下房間，視野開闊，隔音相對不錯的。而且周邊環境很好，離濱江碼頭很近。
