I went on business trip, The location is fabulous within two minutes walking distance of famous west lake. They have moderate installations, free breakfast, it is quiet, has convenient stores and pics nearby for a drink. Actually I will come back when possible.

很舒適的環境和服務，讓我和小夥伴的杭州之旅非常舒心愜意，住的好對旅行來説真的太重要了。位置離蘇堤很近，步行三分鐘差不多就能到西湖。一樓大門很有特色，佈置温馨，真心推薦🥰

挺好的，位置很棒，在西湖景區裏面，去哪兒都挺方便。房間意外的很大，不擁擠，老闆還貼心的給提前check in了哈哈哈 並且沒補差價呢！卡包第一天就丟在了大廳，老闆給收拾的妥妥帖帖等我去找哈哈哈哈 挺好挺好，下次還來
體格小意見：吹風機換個大點功率的就好了……

圖片和實際嚴重不符，房間很小而且一股黴味不通風，晚上很吵，已經溝通了要安靜房間實際還很吵，關鍵是床單地板衞生都很差，價格很貴，服務員還可以，

酒店的位置好 離西湖很近 去景點也很方便 酒店的人很貼心 前台有免費的咖啡奶茶 對人很友好 我們的行李太多了前台還可以寄存 很不錯的 房間也挺好的 衞生這些都很乾凈 酒店設施設備都很齊全 滿意滿意👍！

位置很好，還免費延遲了一個小時。酒店對面就有收費停車場非常方便，從進門開始就感覺到舒適，環境也很好，住的很舒服，也很乾凈，房間東西齊全，前台美女服務態度熱情，有事情都會幫忙，走幾步路就有公交站台，第一次入住體驗超級棒，還會再來的！

湖畔雅居酒店服務不錯 進出門都有自動打招呼 挺友善 酒店的環境也挺好的 整個入住過程愉快且放心房間的佈局很是簡約，各類設施也齊全，他們家還有羨慕的咖啡可以喝超讚一切都挺好的 期待下次入住
