Overall very good service and location. I'd like to see a bit more variety of food at breakfast in my next visit and dimmer switch lights in the rooms would be also helpful.

衞生很不錯 房間還有一個大飄窗

春節來的，帶小孩發現周邊早餐店都關門，店家温馨，送了早餐券，還是很不錯。房子很文化氣氛，居然還有牛津字典，最卷的是還準備了文具盒，不愧是985大學開的酒店，呵呵呵。房間還有龍井茶，不錯。

客服態度很好，酒店環境很好，很衞生，住着很舒服，離西湖景區衹有15分鐘左右的路程，周邊有省政府，浙江大學，下次還住這裏。

春節和家人出遊，入住了離西湖較近的一個酒店，看到這個酒店是浙江大學旗下的覺得不錯，定的是大床房，但是剛進房間就有一股異味，大床房的樓層有明顯的標牌，禁止吸煙，入住第二晚回房間時，走廊中有非常濃郁的香煙味，當時辦理入住工作人員特地説了早辦可以有的挑選房間，但是拿到房卡被安排在最後一間，當時聞到香煙味就立刻聯繫了工作人員上來處理，被告知他們也衹能勸説儘量不要抽煙，那禁止吸煙的標牌貼了有何意義！房間位置已經處於最後一間了，關上門香煙味能穿透到房間裏面！工作人員還解釋説衹能勸説，中間還請示了他們領導，最後沒有任何給我們處理的方案，勸説之後告知我們過半小時在看下情況，香煙味依然不斷！原本就是帶着小朋友出行的，這樣的處理方法讓我覺得非常不專業，體驗感極差

非常滿意的一次入住感受。乾淨衞生，環境優雅，停車方便。服務員和保安都很熱情，關鍵是看上去都挺有文化，大學的賓館就是不一樣。推薦！
