The services is exceptional !! The staff are friendly and go over and beyond to accommodate you and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are beautiful and the environment is so peaceful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away for a weekend to relax and enjoy nature. I will definitely be going back.

Situated within the bamboo forest, it is calm and peaceful. Rooftop pool with seating areas. Staff are incredibly helpful, contactable via WeChat. They meet you at the bamboo path car park and take you up to the hotel. Breakfast is lovely (western) and dinner is set meals. Can also order local take out and staff will collect from the car park on your behalf. Would definitely stay again.

幽靜雅緻，隱藏在竹林深處的灰瓦白牆錯落有致，整面的落地窗，窗外是蒼天古樹，非常美好的酒店，漫步在竹林裏溪水潺潺，太喜歡了。管家小劉服務也非常周到。

一間山中的酒店，周圍是密林修竹，景色優美，空氣清新。沒有城市喧囂，在這裏聽蟲鳴聞鳥叫，與大自然親密接觸的同時還可以享受到非常乾淨的房間，一流的服務，一流的設施，一流的早餐，絕對能給人非常好的住宿體驗，以後還會再來。

管家的服務很好，特別周到熱情。白天遊客多，酒店是半開放的，所以比較嘈雜，酒店沒有娛樂設施，天黑了基本就衹能待在房間裏，配套的投影儀差評，屏幕太暗 沒法看。房間設施陳舊，地板踩上去都有咯吱聲，吵醒了早睡的小朋友好幾次，衞生間的下水道味道特別重，半夜實在難以忍受，開着門窗通風了一會。
