The lady at the front desk has a very good service attitude and her operations are professional, fluent and orderly. I even wanted to give her a banner. When I checked out at six o'clock in the morning and rushed to Hangzhou West Railway Station, the young lady was also at work and not sleeping. The environment of the room is very clean, simple and well-equipped. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and the towels are also very clean. I will stay here again next time I come to Hangzhou West.
