The hotel is located in a very nice area. The family suite is nice as it has a large fridge and a washer/dryer. I feel that the place is a bit outdated as the bathtub has these brown stains and the pull down curtains didn’t work in the master bathroom. The floors felt grimy and there was dust in the corners of the rooms. One of the rooms was also missing a blanket , but we called housekeeping for it. The cleanliness can definitely be improved as the space is nice.

It is very convenient to take a taxi to get anywhere. The room is large and the price-performance ratio is good. The hygiene is acceptable and the details need to be further improved. The breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Li Bai Restaurant in the hotel were also delicious, so I canceled the tour group and continued their stay. Fortunately, I don’t live in the congested section along the West Lake. There is a lot to do in Hangzhou, especially with children. Checking in at various museums is a pleasure. Apart from never wanting to see the ten sights of the West Lake for the second time, I encountered the disgusting dry toilets and the terrible environment of the cruise ship. There are so many scenic spots where you can no longer sit on the bus, there are so many people, cigarette butts are flying everywhere, and the air is polluted... The other destinations in my trip to Hangzhou are fine so far, I like this city very much.
