I was here with my family for about a week, we were sceptical at first as this is a new establishment. But the moment we arrived at their lobby the staffs proved that we have made a worthy decision. Especially Anne from management, she was very welcoming and informative which helped start a great beginning to our holiday in Hanoi. Rooms are absolutely clean and well organised. Furthermore internet connection was impressive, fast and smooth, only mentioning this as it has been quite a problem with our stay at many hotels in the past. This place is located right in the center of everything, walking distance to Old Quarter, Ho Guom lake, eating streets, markets, etc. Heaps more positive things about this hotel that you should come and experience for yourself. Definitely will be staying here again the next time I’m in Hanoi. Thank you Grand Cititel team for looking after us!

Breakfast was served as a buffet and lasted until 9:30. The service then approached it and was asked to leave. The food included a variety of fruits, infused water, milk, coffee, only black tea, egg any style, cheese, sausage, croissant, pasta, rice, etc. Really great! Deluxe room is more like a superior room. The pictures are incorrect online. Some street noise comes through the windows. Cleaning staff doesn't speak English. Reception was super friendly, also gave free tea as a welcome. Very close to the lake, within walking distance. There was even a bedtime story next to the bed

No matter the appearance or the inner design, it makes people feel like they are in Europe. Outside the hotel, there are Internet celebrities or tourists checking in from time to time📸 My room is on the same floor as the swimming pool. The swimming pool has floor-to-ceiling glass compartments and a very European-style balcony, which makes me feel comfortable. There is also a fitness room. The room is so big, the bed is a bit high, and the shower room is designed like a stage backstage. The breakfast buffet has a lot of food choices, but it is mainly Western-style, and there is a favorite Egg Benedict, which is ready to order. I am very satisfied with breakfast every day. The disadvantage is that the water bottle provided in the room is very difficult to open, and I accidentally hurt my hand, but the overall quality is good

All rooms are very large, comfortable and especially have a very large king bed! Staff very friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, it is a medium-sized hotel. It is stunning at first glance. The service details are in line with the price. The selection of spare parts is also in large bottles, which is quite satisfactory. The non-alcoholic mini bar is free and refilled every day. The living room has free afternoon tea, free wine of all kinds in the evening, and all-inclusive snacks. It is worth it from a cost-effective perspective. The surrounding area is an absolutely rich area with various luxury shops. There is a night-time ceremony in the evening. After turning down the bed, It comes with an eye mask and a small gift, and the data cable will be buckled with a leather buckle for you, and the small details are still full. Capella Hanoi's glorious Koki Japanese food on the B1 floor this year received 1 star. It has only 14 seats and offers a set similar to Omekase. Breakfast at Capella never disappoints, almost all are a la carte, and the a la carte menu is simply dazzling. He can already eat very nice food in the hotel without leaving home. This trip has been very satisfying.

On the day of the meal, my sisters visited the hotel and stayed for 3 nights, although the hotel was a bit small, but the staff here was very nice. I was introduced by a bell friend named Van Toan to eat restaurants, restaurants and tourist attractions around. She is very enthusiastic and so are the guests. Very friendly people working there. Did stay there for 6 nights. Room top floor no sound from outside good double bed and nice furniture including television and a watercooker. Location just about the opposite of the old town need to cross the river hotel next to the bridge.

Good location, small basement, can park 6-7 cars. Small, old and bad room, bad interior, bad color, bad design, everything is average. Breakfast is not good. High price (compared to the quality of the room), with the current price, there are many better options

Stunning Hotel With Fantastic Services! I just stayed at Melia Hanoi hotel for 01 night for my business trip but it was easy to recognize the differences between this hotel and others. Even the builiding outside is not so impressed however inside the hotel all concepts make the significant differences. The Bar in the lobby has the very nice space and really help in the summer time when need place for talking to friend or partners. The restaurant with the stunning breakfast buffet. it seems we could found any dishes in this breakfast buffet and all food were delicious. the hottess was very helpful when buffet was full and still escort and find a table for you. I stayed in premium room with nice living room and bedroom room. nothing could find to complain. All staffs were helpful and polite. the door girl with nice Melia long dress always smiling and help to the guest even the temperature outside over 40 degree. The hotel should stay in Ha Noi.
