Metropolo Classiq Properties in Harbin

The hotel has a really cosy vibe. They set up this amenities table at the front offering spectacles wipes, some toiletries free for guest to take. They also gave us apples on Christmas Eve when we checked in. 苹果 for 平安夜 🎄✨ it’s a pity our stay at this hotel was short. The rooms were very spacious and we had lovely room view overlooking the train station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to someone who is looking to stay outside of 中央大街. Do note the lift to their rooms is shared with other hotels brands in that area so it may take some time for the lift to arrive.

This stay really made me feel like I was at home! I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade at the beginning. I didn't expect to be able to drink the goodnight milk sent by the hotel before going to bed. This detail was really heartwarming! The service staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and smiling, which made people feel very comfortable. I also received a souvenir when I checked out. It felt like saying goodbye to an old friend, and I was a little reluctant. In short, this was a stay full of surprises and warmth. Thank you very much for your efforts!
