設施：酒店很大 無論是外觀還是內裏 到房間都很寬敞舒適 配備設施很齊全 床墊很舒服哦
衞生：床鋪很乾凈 屋裡沒有異味
服務：前台人員很温柔 辦理入住和退房都很快 入住送了小零食和蘇打水

房間很乾凈舒適，因為考試定的這裏，隔音效果很好很安靜，前台的小姐姐人超好很客氣。我的東西忘在酒店已經去✈️路上了，小姐姐幫忙郵寄的，本次考試之旅我也非常開心。周邊的娛樂設施我就不知道了，沒出去玩大家可以自己做做攻略

去年住過他家，覺得挺好，今年去也沒細看，住在了內窗房，你要是有新風系統也行，或是開空調也行，結果什麼也沒有，熱的睡不好覺，床也不行，睡完腰間盤突出就犯了，估計不會再去了，建議酒店把這塊優化下，就是住你這哪怕100塊錢，起碼讓人覺得物超所值，不能差太多了，早餐7點多就去了，基本上都涼了，唉

環境：很好，周邊配套齊全，方便購物，交通也很完善，門口就有公交站台，打車也很方便。去各大景點距離都不遠

南方小土豆非常滿意的一次住宿，位置好，出行方便，有機場大巴經過門口，旁邊就是公交車站，打車也方便，醫院銀行百米範圍內。附近是住宅區和居民樓，超市食店很多。酒店管理很完善，大堂乾淨，工作人員有禮熱情，房間也夠大，桌子足夠多，衞生也做得挺好的。在哈爾濱除了報團外出玩，一直紮根這裏，非常方便！

非常棒的酒店，房間裏不僅有免費糖果點心，而且還免費洗衣服，房間洗漱用品也非常齊全！有免費停車場，早餐廳非常美，早餐樣式也挺齊全的！

和朋友自駕到哈爾濱玩的，酒店很好找，門口保安還積極引導我們車停到旁邊的地下車庫，這樣我們更安心了。房間佈置的很温馨，服務員還給我們寫了温馨提示，早餐品種挺多還能現場煮我最喜歡的麪條，煎蛋也是可愛的心形，下次還會再來的

如果價格是升級房間的標準，我想店家的理解有問題。服務的精細化和以住客感受為目標是商家亟待解決的問題。東北發展不起來（不存在地域黑，我就是黑龍江人），地方的主人意識太強，服務客人意識較差有很大關係。
