住過很多個麗楓酒店。該分店需要加強服務意識，提高服務專業度。不要對連續入住的顧客在第二天午休的時候就打電話問什麼時候退房。也沒有主動提供續住的水。打電話讓提供還反問客人，沒有人給咱們送水麼？遇特殊情況就説是系統規定公司規定，沒有辦法處理。完全不會站在顧客角度去考慮。這讓人就不會很舒服。希望加強，也希望每個人的工作都能開開心心，這樣自己也會幸福。

麗楓酒店讓人感覺很奇妙，環境衞生等些許方面挺佔優勢，當然，還存在一些可解決的問題，比如合計住貴店兩次，就停兩次電，其一次還是洗髮時，吹風機都沒用上，衹能利用炎炎夏季與愜意的早風把髮型支稜開；再有就是停車位稀少，就在良辰7月26日時本人晚間回來停車，一晚上手機來電3次挪車，還好灑家脾氣温和，忘貴店能稍些改進，給客人留下美好印象與舒適回憶，望周知！

服務特別好，入住時還給我們升級了房間，住宿環境也很好，很乾凈。走在大廳和電梯裏都有淡淡的香味，離中央街也很近，樓下就是網紅早市，東西都特別便宜，很滿意。

房間很大，設施也比較新，媽媽一個人晚上先到的哈爾濱，到的比較晚，前台小姐姐悦悦還專門聯繫我，確認入住訊息，很細心也很感動🌹
酒店樓下就是早市，很方便去逛街，給大家推薦👍🏻

網上做了很多攻略，最後選擇了友誼路地鐵站這個分店，定了豪華雙床房，很舒服，酒店還配備了一次性馬桶墊和加濕器，很貼心～酒店地理位置優越，紅專早市就在旁邊，人民廣場地鐵站走去衹要幾分鐘～中央大街也是步行距離～到哪裡都很容易打到車～服務人員態度很好，每天清潔很及時～特別感謝林林，熱情大方，還送了小朋友小禮物，非常感謝！下次來爾濱，還會選擇本店！
