Nice hotel and close to everything! Staff are very attentive and take good care of us. Miss Air assisted us very well during breakfast. Mr. Max and Mr. Neil at the reception helped us a lot with directions and communications with taxi drivers. Staff here don't speak English well, but they have their ways to communicate with us well, where we see very helpful and appreciated. If we visit Harbin again, we will definitely stay here again for sure! Nice hotel, nice staff, good location, fantastic breakfast, and reasonable price.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure from the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed. All of our requests were granted with a smile. The pillow was too soft for me and staff arranged for a former pillow for me.Cyndu, Tina, Luna and more at reception were eager to help us. Room was spacious, bathroom and toilet were good. Breakfast was great with both Western and Chinese cuisine. Hotel well situated near shopping, food and transport. All in all a great and wonderful stay

I would like to recommend this hotel to Tourism This is wonderful place in both location and serviceces, especially the receptionist “Mai” She always helps me a lot the most important thing is she can speak English, and all the people in the hotel stan by for help as well. The hotel is very convenient, new ,clean and close to Main Road, I can walk through Zhongyang Street, Church etc. Next year I’ ll go back for sure! It's very good memories

Excellent experience. Good location, good breakfast and tea. All staff especially manager Lin Jing, Fong Dan Dan and Wang Tao provided top notch personalised services. This is by far the best staying experience we had. They even made an ice frozen bucket for us. Thanks for the excellence services. Our family really enjoyed ourselves here. The room is very comfortable, with large bathroom, everything super clean! One special mention for the bed, that is amazing! All the workers are very polite and helpful Breakfast is delicious and there’s one new coffee machine that prepares nice coffees

this hotel provide free self service laundry, free noodles in the evening. Location near metro about 6mins walk. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The toilet seat is warm during winter days is a surprised. We enjoyed the stay and my children enjoy chatting wth AI, Xiao Xi. Downside is the staffs here are inexperience. It will be perfect is we were given free breakfast for the rate we paid. And I will rate 5 stars then.

Not to mention the Central Street, just turn down the stairs, and parking is also very convenient. The hotel is located just 150 meter far from the walking street. We are not happy with the room we stayed. During booking, we found that the room has a window. We then understand that there should be a view to be seen. The view is completly blocked by other big building which is located just 2 meter far from windows. The hotel should clearly indicate that. As foreigner, we need 3G 5G signal to connect to google facebook youtube using international sim. Unfortunately, rhe signal is very poor. Wifi is ok. Using wifi, google is blocked in China. We not happy with the room. Not recomend for foreigner.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with Subway Line 2 right outside, making it easy to reach Snow and Ice World, Central Street, and other attractions. The breakfast was decent and very convenient, especially in the extreme cold when going out for food would have been tiring. The room was comfortable enough for a good rest, and the lobby had a grand and impressive design. Overall, a great choice for a stay, especially for those visiting in winter!
