Limited parking space for around 8 cars and the hotel interior actually looks quite old despite it refurbished years ago. The room door is very thin and you can hear other people walking and talking in another room, banging at the door outside. Facilities wise is disappointing, however their receptionists are very helpful. You can rent travel adaptor and hairblower at the receptionist with a deposit. The opposite of the hotel is a famous eatery place for locals, they offer great porridge, cakoi and wan tan mee.

Great location especially for Songkran. Good food nearby. Walking distance to Lee Garden plaza. Ample parking. Good security.

Friendly service staff very helpful and book grab for us. When ask for direction he show us road to take and even book transport to airport very appreciated.

I was able to check in right away at 2pm. The room was basic but there was no hair dryer, safe nor a kettle. The room was big and spacious though the air conditioner made quite loud sounds when it was set to a lower temperature. The table in the middle of the room was able to be moved so we could combine our beds. The shower is all just basic. The shower head could be fickle. There was an instance where water wouldn’t come out even though it was on. Water pressure would vary depending on the rooms given. My room had a weak water pressure whereas my parents had a strong water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to check out late.

It was our second stay at this hotel and as expected check-in was very smmoth and the receptionist can speak english/malay. Hotel is centrally located only few hundred meters to most of downtown attractions places. Will definitely repeat. Thanks for a wonderful stay 🤗

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The location is just perfect for a walk around the Lee garden & Kim Yong market . A guy at hotel lobby is helpful & handsome

Very friendly and helpful staff from bellboy, reception and housekeeping. Parking very safety. Walking distance to Lee garden night market. Massage just opposite hotel. Will definitely come again.

Good place

Worth staying at this hotel. Near to railway station and shopping area , just walking distance. Counter service very efficient as it only take a few minutes to check in. No deposit and no need to leave the passport (original). The staff are very friendly even not fluent in English.
