Staff was very nice! Deadbolt and door security device was inoperable. Stay was good for the remote area we were in.

Safe area and some good options to eat near by. Mattress and blanket was not comfortable for quality sleep.

Had difficulties in checking process and I was spending almost 30 mins at 10:45. I believe it’s because i had a online booking. I had booking with direct super 8 and had very good service. Second mid night another guest was trying to open my room including safety lock while i was sleeping which makes me so scared and stressed. Also my leg got sprained due to snow deposit on the entrance.totally never ever choose super 8 at hearst. They need good manager and a team.

My issues: main lights in the room did not work, the toilet made trickling noises the whole time, and every 1-2 hours the heater would make a loud, screeching noise that startled me awake. Oh, and the front desk attendant used my reservation details to find me on FaceBook.

The only real issue is that the pool is out of commission I chose this hotel because of the pool could have stayed at a cheaper place but everything else so far really good even gave me a ground floor as I am disabled and cannot do stairs

My room was dirty, other people’s hair in the washroom, if you want a comforter bring your own or go buy some (as someone who has a disorder and is constantly cold, the tiny sheet provided isn’t enough - actually not enough for anyone). The sheet reminded me of what I had from my grandparents at the cottage which theirs were in better shape than the one I had in the room. Due to dirty bedroom allergies were terrible, smelt like cigarette which as a none smoker with allergies/asthma is terrible. Being there for business reasons, woken up a lot by neighbours yelling and being very loud (one night I was kept awake until 2am..). My recommendation: be cautious of where you put your guests, invest in your hotel and buy proper comforters - I stayed at the one in Kap and that was 10 times better. Terrible experience. Positive side - staff are amazing!

Pool was closed. Booked and paid for first floor got Second floor. No green space Anywhere. All pavement

Uncomfortable hard bed. Very dated. Freezer full of frost leaving no room for anything and doesn’t actually keep items frozen. Peeling paint in tub. Noisy inside and out. Breakfast had decent muffins but that’s the extent of good. Bad milk for cereal. No staff around to make complaint.
