Yukai Resort Premium Enakyo Kokusai Hotel

The inside of the facility was clean, there was a karaoke and game center for the kids to enjoy, and the food was delicious, so I was very satisfied! The scenery nearby where you can take a walk was also great!

This trip was planned by my wife's parents to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary and retirement. There was a field to write in special requests, so I said I would be happy if there was a surprise. When I checked in, the front desk staff told me that I would be taking a commemorative photo during the meal, but instead of having a professional take the photo, the staff member I spoke to took the photo using my smartphone. It was something. I thought it would be something like this, but to be honest, I was surprised to see another staff member walking around to various seats asking if we could take pictures. So, it was a shame that there were no surprises.

The facilities were a little old and the corridors felt a little cold, but the food was delicious and I was able to enjoy a very good hot spring. We think that price is advantageous. I would like to take advantage of the next opportunity.

Since it is a Yukai Resort, the facilities and system are the same. The exterior of the building was noticeably old, and the interior was a bit complicated, but it was clean. Our room was on the first floor of the West Wing, so we could see the lake, but the view was not that great. Perhaps because it was a weekday, there seemed to be few guests staying, so we were able to relax in the hot springs both at night and in the morning with only a few people. The spring water contains salt, but I think it is of good quality. There was a yakiniku buffet and a variety of sushi, and the food was good. I thought the staff were very friendly. The surrounding Ena Gorge itself was not that appealing. Rather than staying for sightseeing, I think it is a good place to relax and enjoy the hot springs at a reasonable price.

GW is fully booked with families. There are several parking lots a little further away, and they will pick you up at your front door. It feels like a traditional tourist hotel for groups. Although it cannot be denied that it is old, the cleaning and staff's response are up to par. The room is a Japanese-style room that is wheelchair accessible (?) next to the arcade. It's unnecessarily spacious and the windows are small, giving a poor view. A little disappointing. The public bath is large and comfortable, but it gets very crowded waiting for the washing area before dinner. Comes with a small open-air bath. The food is a normal buffet, but there are a lot of items, and many of them are local, which makes me happy. The hot ones were warm and tasted good. Considering the price of GW, I was very satisfied with the room, food, and bath, and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

◯About the room: It was near the game center on the 6th floor of the main building. I was very satisfied with the 4-bed separate room, but it was close to a game center and was noisy until after 11 o'clock. I wanted you to tell me the translation ant in advance! ◯Cooking Reasonable at this price! It was at 5 o'clock, but there were quite a lot of people. However, I didn't have to rush to line up. ◯ The bath is not that big. The men's open-air bath is completely visible from the outside, and if you stand up, you can see everything. ◯Overall It was more than the price!

Before the coronavirus, a night and two meals cost about ¥6,000, but now it costs about ¥8,000. If you use travel support, it will be around ¥4000. There are a lot of customers, but most of them are old people or young people in their 20s. I mean, people who can't afford it? The food is expensive and not delicious. The buffet may have had old ingredients, but I couldn't sleep because of stomach pain. There are many customers who come to take a bath even late at night. The bath is a normal hot spring, but if you don't wash off the hot water, your skin will feel tight afterwards (sodium calcium chloride hot spring). The door to the room has a strong closing force and is noisy. Power should be able to be weakened. The toilet seat washers in the rooms and buildings are broken. I need to find a toilet with an unbroken toilet seat. Since the accommodation fee is cheap, perhaps the management is sloppy? This was my first time at Yukai Resort, but next time I'll try the standard priced Yukai Resort.

I've seen it criticized a lot, but I think it's the best value for money. The exterior is clearly old, but the room was clean and there was nothing unpleasant about it. The buffet had a variety of dishes and was delicious, and gloves and masks were worn thoroughly. I used the prefecture resident discount, so it was incredibly cheap and I was very satisfied. Dinner could be chosen to start at 6pm or 7:30pm. I recommend it if you're going with your family or friends.

The buffet is delicious.
