"Place was extremely convenient, next to Hikone station and walking distance from almost all of Hikone's attractions (Castle, food street etc.) To enjoy Lake Biwa, you can get a rental cycle for free, you just need to check with the concierge 😄 Other than that, the residents of Hikone were really friendly, even at non-touristy restaurants and izakayas. I had a great stay."

"This was my first time using this hotel. There is a welcome drink in the lobby, and if you need loungewear, you can take one from the area next to the lobby. There are no convenience stores nearby. The station is right in front of the hotel, so there might be one on the station side. You can hear the voices and noises in the hallway quite a bit. On the other hand, the noises outside don't bother me. The refrigerator is very cold. Free breakfast is included. It's free, and yet so good! I was more than satisfied! They even have a daily smoothie. I hope they keep it up."

"9 minutes walk from Haogen JR Station. The two grandfathers are the reception of the hotel. They are very old-fashioned.
