The staff are polite, professional, and willing to help guests. Not every employee can communicate in English, but simple communication is no problem. Although the hotel lobby looks luxurious, the rooms and bedding are really not good. It feels a bit old-fashioned. I had dinner at the hotel in the evening, and the Japanese dinner experience was good. However, I ate it for three days, and the tone was relatively monotonous. By the way, the breakfast was still good, and I was very satisfied."

"A great place to stay near the station with friendly helpful staff and a somewhat pretty nice breakfast, considering it is complimentary. This hotel is close to Hikone Castle and the JR station. The hotel also offers a lot of parking space for free, which being close to the station is amazing! The room was clean and tidy with a typical Japanese style small bath. The only thing that upset us, was the lack of Onigiri which had been in the photos when booking. But. Again, the breakfast is complimentary and seasonal as said in the hotel, so no big issue! Would stay again!"
