"Booked at about 10pm. Staff are friendly and patient. The hotel is quite old. The room is quite big. As they only left with 2 queen size beds and within our budget so we just grabbed for a night stay. The room is not very well lighted. They have a balcony and there is a stationary bike. They provide toiletries and they have separate shower and bathtub. The hotel is just opposite the police station so it’s super safe. Nearby hotel has got 2 temples. There is a KTV and convenience stores too. But we note that not many shops are opened even at around 9am."
"The equipment is old and is being renovated. The parking lot is small, but the location is good. Hope it will have a new look after renovation. Opposite is the Catholic Church. Restaurants are convenient nearby, but the parking space needs to be significantly improved."
"I went there by car and it was easy to find the hotel. Not far from the night market. There is also a hotel subsidy of 100 Taiwan dollars for parking. The breakfast is very good. Went with children. The price/performance ratio is good and can be recommended. The service attitude is very good."

"The hotel is very close to the train station and has convenient transportation. The hotel facilities are old and cleanliness needs to be improved. The floor is dusty. The hot water is hot and cold. The air-conditioning temperature seems to be unable to be adjusted."
"This stay was a great experience. There is a large bathtub where you can take a bath together, and the bed and sofa are both large and comfortable. The most important thing is that the floor is carpeted which is a plus ❤️!
The breakfast counter will ask us to choose one first and hang it at our door the next morning, which is very considerate!"
"There is no parking lot. Parking here is free after 10 o'clock. There is a fee at 8 o'clock in the morning.
This time we came to Hsinchu for a short stay for a meeting, so it is a very cost-effective hotel. It is near the train station and close to the business district. Even if you forget to wear your tie, there is a hotel nearby."
"Stayed one night. As it’s a pretty new hotel, the hotel room amenities are very new. We checked in late. Although it’s self check in, the staff is very helpful and very obliging. The room has got shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Personally, I quite fussy but I like their products. They also provide toothbrushes and toothpastes etc. They give 2 bottles of drinking water. They gave humidifier in each room. There is bath tub and standing shower. The hotel is located in the industry area but they are quite near to Hsinchu HSR. If I would travel to Hsinchu, I will stay again."
"We were unaware of a policy until we arrive at the motel and it is inconvenient for stay more than a night. This policy was not flagged on the booking platform. Staying for 3 nights mean we are to check in from 6pm and check out next day 12 noon, return 6pm to check in and check out again next noon, total 3 times.
A service fee (for the 6 hours 12noon to 6pm) is charged in order to keep the room thru the day for the 3 night stay avoiding the daily check in and out. This said to applies for 2pax room and is addition to the booking paid on the booking platform.
We picked this motel for convenience of parking and walk up to the room. Everything was good in the room apart the narrow stairway carrying our luggage and the floor better off wearing a slippers. Breakfast is ok with a small spread of buffet and few additional items you can order from the kitchen."
"The location of the accommodation is very close to the lively Chenghuang Temple and Dongmen Market. You can take a stroll for supper in the evening, and there are convenience stores next to the hotel. The service staff is very friendly, everyone has a smile on their face, and the facilities are very clean. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very dense, but the tourists who come to stay do not make any noise at night, so it is a great stay experience"

Very Good
GGuest UserFood is excellent, they offered a 300NTD voucher x2 during my stay.
the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great.
Room has good sound proofing windows
second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look.
they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great.
they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++
otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.
魅魅力幻影The room was spacious and cozy. And the hotel is close to the Hsinchu station and centre of the city, so it's easy to reach to markets and shops to get most of the things.

EEric Shen TWA time honoured hotel got a new “face” by cultural creative designing. The rooms and the parking lot still express their old ages but good maintenance shall be credited. It seems there are many exchanging staff from abroad, which is good for providing international services. The location is perfect, just right nearby the city hall. Even though the restaurants around this area are plenty, the ones inside Howard are good enough and the cafe on 1st floor is suitable for a family with kids.

八八力士Taking advantage of the Qingminglian price, my family went on a short trip. I saw that the Japanese food in the hotel served a set meal of Wagyu burgers and Australian red bream tempura. It was raining outside and I was too lazy to go out, so I went to Butterfly House to try it. Unexpectedly, it was exactly the same as the photo. Not only did the hamburger patty have three big balls, but it was also served with three kinds of sauces including ”free-range eggs, onion citrus vinegar, and scallion salt sauce”. Each one had a different flavor. The scallions and enoki mushrooms that came with the red bream tempura were also very refreshing. The point is that the side dishes are also very good. The ”Hakka hookah sausage” is very distinctive, and there is also the Shijia miso fish ball soup with clams to enhance the flavor. It can be said to be worth the money. You can stay here just for this dish, yammy👍
EEuuuuuuuThe room is very comfortable, especially the wooden floor. I don't like the hotel floor being carpeted, but I have to get used to the new policy. If you forget to bring your toothbrush and toothpaste, the hotel has a vending machine for 100 yuan a set.
GGuest UserThere is a parking space underneath the hotel and welcome snacks.
The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom also has a steam bath.
The refrigerator is a large one
There are plenty of choices for breakfast. I originally thought that the dishes would not be replenished as time was approaching.
As a result, there will be new ones
Overall, the experience was great. I will choose here again next time👍🏼
NnotrevePositives:

- amenities like free washing machine/dryer, sauna, free snacks and drinks were very much welcomed
- eco friendly hotel (bathroom amenities like tooth brush/paste only provided upon request)
- Room clean and functional
- separate shower and bath tub
- international electrical socket
Negatives
- bath towels could be thicker
- lack of face towel
- no hair conditioner
- my room had no view (view of shopping centre carpark)
MMichael WenxueVery close to the train station and bus terminal by foot. The room is small. The shower is not separated from the toilet. The toilet is small, you better to stand to pee if you are male. Breakfast is invented but very simple and almost no protein.

AAcaciaHGenerally it’s a nice hotel, there are some stains on the bedsheets but it feels clean. Very closed to the train station and downtown area is within walking distance.
The wall is not soundproof so just be aware. They provide towels for internal use and there’s study beside the bed.

GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit old and the sound insulation is not very good (loud conversations in the corridor can be heard in the room), it is very clean and the bathroom does not have a lot of mold and grime. The location is only a 3-minute walk from the train station. It also has a motorcycle parking lot and luggage storage service. A decent hotel~
