酒店設施挺好，房間也大，但房間床單被罩沒有換，異味明顯枕套發黃，在枕頭下有血跡，房間地毯上全是血跡！第二天靠牆邊的床上休息的兩個人全部被不知名蟲子叮咬身上大面積起包，耳後的包更是有一節大拇指那麼大治療消腫後全是紫色瘢痕，客房經理還説是我們自己長了蕁麻疹或濕疹，一直推脱責任，因為頭一天晚上帶着長者和小朋友自駕過來旅遊的太晚太累了，床單有明顯異味也沒找前台更換房間，後來又得知我們從內地過來又説水土不服，説我們找茬，笑死了，我們是常居內地的新疆土著好吧，叫了經理過來處理，我給經理説把血跡送去鑒定，但凡是我家裡三個人身上的，我負全部責任且還賠償他們損失，經理無話可説給孩子買了葯，下午孩子開始發低燒，去醫院抽血檢查醫生直接説是蟲子叮咬導致的病毒感染！我們兩個人花了將近400塊檢查拿葯！我覺得我並不是找茬，也沒讓老闆退房費，可是因為孩子癢了好幾天受罪的不得了，就是很生氣！

五一出行遊玩，前幾天住的伊寧，特克斯，鞏留，因為假期原因都比較貴。準備返程，沒來過清河，就想着過來看看。賓館總體來説比較好，價位相對比較便宜。就是還沒退房，出去吃個早飯，保潔就進來房間了讓人搞不懂
