我不知該怎麼形容，奔着湖州賓館好評來的。
可事實，唉～
衞生，第一眼看過去，乾淨整體，大廳還有香味，挺好，但，房間，就不能細看，邊角的污漬水垢，一看就沒有經常清理。大衞生做了，細節壓根不處理。特別，衞生間，感覺商場衞生間都比它乾淨。
環境，位置挺好的，
服務：工作人員也不少呀，但服務是什麼，壓根沒有吧。衹讓你看到，有人在那裡。哪怕你主動跟她講話，也面無表情，愛理不理，特別餐廳呀，要杯白開水，感覺你要求她辦多大事似得。住過那麼多酒店，第一次感覺到在店裡冰冷無比，也不需要每個工作人員永遠笑容滿面，熱情好客，到在其他店裡，跟工作人員交流，也會熱情微笑迴應你的。多了無法形容，就這樣吧，可以去學習下別人家的。

酒店服務態度絕對好，由於行李多，一進大廳服務生就幫忙拿行李，並送到客房。而且長的帥，最點讚的就是早餐，很舒服，很精緻，吃了很多，衞生和交通也是一級棒，很好的體驗，下次再來，值得推薦

第一次來湖州，遇上台風，在湖州賓館打發了兩天時間，沒踩雷，還要真心點個贊。這裏前身是多年的政府招待所，位置方便，雖不在鬧市，但街道安靜有序，後面步行距離還有一家大方本幫菜，很方便。酒店幾年前改裝後設施條件現代，衞生，床品非常舒適，工作人員很有責任心，工作效率高，首先前台接待人員很專業也非常熱心，及時周到地幫助解決了剛入住的一點問題，並升級了房間。從早餐看入住這裏的客人商務人士居多，沒有旅行團團隊的。早餐質量好，停車方便。酒店整體性價比很高。

我訂的大床房，房間還蠻有檔次的，性價比高。尤其衞生間尤為滿意，乾濕分離，洗澡很舒服，水很大。床也特別舒服，很大，三個人都夠睡。酒店的服務很好，總之，非常滿意。下次還會再來。

地段一流安靜方便。湖州站出來公交25路直達圖書館站下車5分鐘步行。對面就是圖書館有少兒圖書館區，湖州博物館，科技館，少年宮，遛娃一天安排足夠。邊上有家網紅咖啡店。賓館內早飯不錯，豐富而且各類湖州本地點心都有！下次還要來！還有湖州書看，蠻好的。

湖州賓館住過多次，來湖州幾乎都住這裏，很喜歡這裏的房間、設施、早餐和服務。這次感覺是一如既往的好！尤其是給我們升級了房間，從豪華雙床房升級到行政雙床房，寬敞的房間給了我們上佳的體驗。謝謝！今後還會來。

房間面積大，乾淨衞生，設施齊備，有自己的停車場。窗簾窗户可以電動開關，早餐品種多，很豐盛，可以吃到湖州當地的特色美食，比如千張包，雜糧煎餅也很好吃。淋浴間的熱水比較小。
