"Although the location is remote, I felt that the appearance was very beautiful as soon as I entered. I booked a regular wooden house that included a jacuzzi, and I didn't check in until after 10 o'clock. I called the staff in advance and they were very considerate and hung all the things I needed at the door. The lighting equipment was very good. The warm feeling is very good. I will book this hotel again next time if I have the opportunity."
"Fortunately, the hotel does not have an elevator. Although there are only two floors, the suitcase is too heavy and you have to carry it upstairs by yourself. This is inconvenient. The hotel is only a few minutes drive from the town, but the price is quite expensive. If you are in a small town It is not easy to park, after all, this hotel has free parking"

"Excellent location, hotel, and service. There was no a/c, fridge, microwave, or iron in the room. Also, don't forget to bring your mosquito repellent as there are a lot of mosquitos in the area. The restaurant was just OK. We gas our paid breakfast and the tea and coffee were cold. Also, its price wasn't mentioned in the menu."
"Advantages: snow wooden house, quiet environment, strong winter atmosphere, suitable for two or three days, located between Banff Town and Louise Lake, it is very convenient to play; the cookies are delicious
Disadvantages: check-in time is late (four o'clock in the afternoon), check-out time is early (11 o'clock in the morning), you can't sleep in the morning; there are fewer facilities in the room, no coffee tea kettle or the like, no hair dryer, you have to drink water and the like to go to the entrance service desk"
"Beautiful Tunnel Mountain location. Away from hubbub of Banff City but close enough for a 10 minute shuttle ride or drive to free parking areas. Short drive to Tunnel Mountain trails/scenic overviews. Resort quietness was beneficial!"
"Not the best because the room is a bit dated! However, the pool was great and they even have sandwiches and cakes for customers to buy, so we have something to eat after the activity! Location was fantastic, Fairmont limo shuttles to Moraine Lake is right outside the front entrance!"
"I've visited this hotel a few times throughout the years and although the hotel looks a bit tired outside I was pleasantly surprised on the many improvements starting with a nice breakfast to start the day, nice modern rooms and showers (mine was on the main building), comfy bed. Hotel also they provide a few items in the room (hand warmers, trail mix snack, coco, coffee, etc.)
Staff was attentive and professional.
This hotel is in a good spot if you're planning to hit the ski hill, lake Louise, or the multiple trails in the area."
"The environment is beautiful, the room hygiene and facilities are also ok, but I am very dissatisfied with the multi-income deposit at the front desk. We booked two nights at the hotel, different room types, and received a deposit of 200 Canadian dollars when we checked in. Later, the front desk said that the room type can be adjusted, and the same room can be used for two nights. But I need to pay an additional deposit of 100 Canadian dollars, and the hotel will immediately unfreeze the deposit of 200 Canadian dollars that was paid before. But three days ago we have checked out and left the hotel, but we have not received a short notice from the bank about the thawing of 200 Canadian dollars. I hope Trip.com will follow up on this matter."
