This facility goes out of its way to be a comforting stay. The room is very clean, toiletries are provided, slippers, and water and complimentary cake snacks. The only areas I felt were lacking was primarily lighting, and water heat and pressure. There is no bedside lighting, which leaves the guest with a very bright overhead light. Not something I wanted at the end of a day. It was either use this light or you're in the dark. Water barely was hot for me. Perhaps it is better in other rooms. It was not something I felt I needed to complain about however. Other than that I feel like I got good value for the price.

We were a family traveling together, and the self check-in was super convenient. The location is directly across from ICONSIAM, which is incredibly handy. There's a convenience store and massage place right at the alley entrance – everything you need! However, there were a lot of ants on the bathroom counter and also on the coffee machine stand.

This hotel's location is absolutely perfect for visiting the Big Buddha, a real tourist hotspot. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel exceeded all expectations and is exactly where you want it to be. The room amenities are great, including a large fridge and powerful air conditioning.

Excellent hotel, convenient location The air conditioning works perfectly, the bed is comfortable, the lamp creates an incredible coziness, and the room itself is also very cozy. In the photo, you'll see a white sheet on the wall—I kept wondering before checking in if that's how they make the walls. Well, don't worry, it's just for decoration—there's a regular wall behind it. The shower and toilet are in the same room (the room is small, like in our one-room apartments where we have a separate toilet—it's the same size, but with a shower on the wall). I had some issues with the shower—the faucet wasn't working properly, but I think if I'd bothered to tell the receptionist, they would have fixed it quickly. I stayed on the second floor—I understood there was no one else on the floor with me—there are two rooms facing each other, with a sink, shower, and toilet in the middle. The receptionists, as I understand it, are Chinese—incredibly nice girls, it was a pleasure. There's a small Chinese noodle shop across from the hotel—I recommend it. It's delicious, really like China. I missed their noodles 😅

It's clean and there are cute cats to play with. It's literally just a couple of minutes walk to Asiatique (on the same side of the road too). When it came time to check out at 12, there was nobody around to give me my deposit back. Luckily I had lots of time, but if I was rushing to the airport, I could've lost my 500bt. There was building work going on inside the hotel in December 2025 - they started work at 8am. The banging woke me up.

Close walk from the BTS station. Comfortable, clean, spacious room with a jug, plates, etc. Small but nice balcony to relax in. Many street food stalls and a 7/11 are close by. Breakfast is included, and the range varies each day and is aroi mak mak. I stay there for a few days every 6 months as it is the ideal hotel for me. Motorcycle taxis wait outside in the morning if you need a short, inexpensive trip.

The people at the front desl are very kind and helpful, even though they don't all speak English, but it's easy to communicate because of how kind they are. The location is perfect is you want to enjoy Khao San road, but it's very easy to get Grab/tuk tuk/bikes if you need a ride somewhere else. The room is small, but good for what you pay and quite clean. However, they don't give you toilet paper and my bathroom was a little uncomfortable: the heater didn't work, the hook for the shower head was broken so I had to hold it, the sink had hair stuck in it and it only works while pushing the botton, you can't keep the water flowing to wash your face. Overall, it's ok for one or 2 nights, but wouldn't stay longer.

Came to visit a friend, rented a place nearby. I liked everything. Good location, metro and delicious coffee shops nearby, very friendly greeters, cleaning upon request. There is a mini kitchen and dishes, but without high expectations, the furniture is not new. Price - quality corresponds. If the opportunity arises, I will come back again.

We had a great stay at Ascella Cozy Hotel. I originally booked a room with 3 beds, but later requested an additional bed. The process was incredibly easy, and the staff kindly gave us another room with the extra bed, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent—it’s very close to Pratunam and within walking distance of CentralWorld and Big C, making it super convenient for shopping and getting around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, allowing us to rest well after a long day out. There’s also a massage shop right next to the hotel entrance that’s definitely worth trying. We only visited it on our last day, and it turned out to be one of the best massages we had during our trip. Our only regret is not trying it earlier! Overall, the service was great, the location was perfect, and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Accommodation is okay. Well furnished and clean. But too far from the main road and located inside a small street. Public transportation or metro not available nearby. Need to call a taxi or bike for travelling to the main road. 7 eleven is near within 500 metres. Approximately 60 THB for bike and 100 THB for taxi to DMK airport.
