"I booked my flight, hotel, and airport transfer through Trip.com. My stay at Cititel Mid Valley was very pleasant as the journey from KLIA1 to the hotel was smooth and comfortable. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location inside Mid Valley Megamall. Just by stepping out of the hotel, we could easily enjoy shopping and a wide variety of dining options — truly convenient and perfect for a relaxing trip. The hotel room was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as fresh towels, slippers, toothbrush, soap, coffee, and tea. Housekeeping service was excellent, and the reception staff were polite and very helpful. During check-out, we were able to store our luggage temporarily while doing some last-minute shopping at Mid Valley. The waiting area was also comfortable while waiting for our Grab ride back to KLIA2. Overall, it was a sweet and memorable short getaway."

"the hotel served us like VIPs. we have an express counter to check in with evening cocktail which can eventually becoming our dinner. friendly and helpful staffs. will definitely visit here again! nice view with great facilities. the swimming pool with jacuzzi and warmer, the water temperature is bearable. just that one thing, the adult slide wasn't opened during my stay. the rest,I have ntg much to complain about..."

"This is our 4th time staying at this apartment but different management. This management has a different design from the rest. There is an additional sofa in the room, very cosy. There is a quiet working space on the 25th floor, suitable for meeting a client. Recommended for business travellers who like to stay for a week. Affordable price with full amenities and facilities. Definitely will come back again!"

"KL Staycation at PARKROYAL COLLECTION KL ✨ Had a lovely staycation here and the location is absolutely perfect! From the moment we checked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. Special shoutout to Jon at the front desk, he’s such a gem! Despite the long weekend rush and a packed lobby, he attended to us with genuine friendliness. It was my belated birthday, and I really appreciated the thoughtful wishes & allowing us for a late check-out. The room was clean, spacious, and super comfortable — we had a great night’s sleep. Loved the strong rain shower and complete toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothbrushes, even a hair dryer). We also chilled at The Botanist Lounge & Bar. Usually there’s live music, but since I dropped by on a Monday it was quiet and calm — perfect for a drink, some chats, or even a good read. Breakfast at Thyme was another highlight. The buffet spread is wide and satisfying, with plenty of choices. Pro tip: go before 8.30–9am for a more relaxed experience (breakfast runs from 6.30am–10.30am). Getting around is a breeze too — the hotel is surrounded by malls and connected to public transport. You’ve got Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Starhill, and Pavilion KL just steps away. From Pavilion, you can even walk through the connecting bridge all the way to Suria KLCC and the Convention Centre. Plus, the MRT nearby takes you straight to TRX, one of KL’s newest malls. Overall, a comfortable stay with great hospitality, amazing location, and thoughtful touches that made the experience memorable. Would definitely recommend for a city getaway! 🌿"

"Before this in 2020 before covid attack, already been there but with company. Stay with other people and no time to enjoy and experience many things there. So this time, i staycation there alone. Location: very strategic, mall in the same building, nearby public transport. Like last time, there are free bus rides for Matta Fair visitors. So no need to take grab or any other public transport. Parking: easy access parking and free for hotel customers. Room: very suprising cuz i thought my room just an ordinary room but when i entered the room i'm very excited cuz its a studio room with living room (dining table set, sofa, tv for living room and bedroom). Its so big. The best things is the view. I can watch klcc from my room."

"2nd time staying in this hotel. Location wise is very convenient as is linked to midvalley mega mall. The room is big and comes with a bath tube . My only complaint for this stay is the bed has squeaky noise whenever I turn or adjust; is kind of irritating. I ordered grab food and have it delivered to the concierge and was nice that the staff had it delivered via robot to me . Save me a trip to go down to lobby."

"I had a 4D3N stay at Pullman KLCC and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I was there to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and the hotel kindly prepared a simple decoration in the room along with a complimentary cake, which made the occasion extra special.The breakfast was good, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The swimming pool was quite standard, nothing too fancy. The hotel’s location is convenient, it’s just a short walk to Pavilion, though getting to the nearest train station requires a bit more walking.One thing to highlight is that the minibar initially contained alcoholic drinks, which is not suitable for Muslim guests like myself. However, once I informed the staff, they promptly removed the items, which I truly appreciated.Overall, great hospitality and a memorable stay. I would recommend Pullman KLCC, especially for special occasions."

"Cons: 1. Jacuzzi & warm swimming pool level 3A is only for long term guests 2. The breakfast is at same place as foodcourt (many chinese restaurant), thus got us a little query regarding whether it’s halal (but already confirmed with staff, food served is halal, can double check & ask if want more reassurance) 3. No telephone in room to call reception, not explained how to contact them Pros: 1. Great stay. Brought my husband & parents. Studio room is convenient. Had 2 rooms with sliding door. A lil privacy. Also has a sofa with tv outside the 2 rooms. We stayed 1 night on a weekdays 2. The pool at 6th floor is nice, view from the 6th floor is also beautiful - get to see the lake “Taman Tasik permaisuri” 3. The lake is accessible from LG floor & just beside the foodcourt where they serve breakfast 4. Game room is fun. 1 Pingpong table, 2 Pool table, 1 air hockey table, many arcade machine 5. Privacy - to access any floor must use card, if forget to bring card, no access. 6. Variety breakfast spread. Had porridge, miso soup, breads, pancakes, hash browns, scramble eggs, beans, sausages, fried mee, fresh vegetables, watermelon, 1-2 types of kuih, orange cordial, hot tea & coffee, cereals, milk (diluted with ice) 7. Hotel just in front of Kapitan restaurant, have 7-Eleven store at groundfloor and 5-10 mins drive from shophouses - cafes, restaurants, laundry 8. Hot shower with excellent water pressure"

"We booked the hotel due to proximity to Axiata attending concert. New property. Good brand. Checkin took a min. Upgraded to king size with 108 and twin tower view, with extra bed due to twins room overbooked. Also given late checkout without our request, we are OK. Next door has 24 hours supermarket at basement and convenience store, also kopi restaurant to settle dinner before the concert. And hotel breakfast was super good actually, many choices. Also have a chance to use the swimming pool, very chilly water. Has a nice gym room too. Overall very satisfied. Parking charge RM8 unlimited re-entry."
