"The room was nice . Clean , cosy and spacious Definitely expensive to have any rooms in zermatt. I would say suggest to only go zermatt if you r into skiing or wanna see matterhorn. Otherwise interlaken is better"

"This hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the train station. The room was clean and spacious, with great amenities, and we even had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The service was warm and attentive, and the complimentary afternoon tea was a thoughtful touch. My friend and I had a very comfortable stay."

"1. This hotel apartment has no front desk. After 4 pm, it is impossible to manually check-in. The machine can be on the machine. The machine is very slow. We also encountered the problem of credit card payment errors. After the call service staff waited for 15 minutes for people to come over to solve it. The service attitude is very good, but this is really inconvenient, especially after we slipped for a day of snow, and pulled the big box and small box very hard to get here. If it arrives at 4 pm, it is recommended to go to the next Alpen Resort hotel (the message is in the first picture) first check-in and then come over, otherwise you have to be frozen if you can't get in. 😅 2. The hotel is very good, the room is large, you can cook, we ate a few days of white rice can not stand, go to the COOP supermarket next to buy ingredients, make the simplest and most classic tomato scrambled eggs, chili fried meat, green vegetables, very satisfied 🤭 3. The room has a balcony, you can sit on the balcony to watch the snow-capped mountains and the town scenery and drink beer, it must be very pleasant. "The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. However, check-in needs to be done at another hotel located behind this one, which can be a bit confusing at first. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that the hotel entrance is accessed via a long and slippery staircase. Guests traveling with large or heavy luggage, elderly travelers, or those with mobility issues should take extra care. The room is very small and the soundproofing is quite poor, especially in the bathroom,even turning around can be a challenge.As the hotel faces the road, there is no view of the Matterhorn. Overall, the stay was acceptable and reasonable for a short stay."

"The room was small but cosy, though the value didn’t match the price. It was uncomfortably hot despite our attempts to adjust the temperature, affecting our overall comfort. Breakfast was simple and could be improved. However, John was professional and provided excellent service, which was a highlight of our experience. While there were positives, the stay didn’t fully meet expectations."

"Location is slightly further from the train station, however you can hire a local EV taxi for est. CHF5/person from hotel to the train station (together with your luggages). Breakfast spread was decent and would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget to Zermatt. Down the road you’re able to see this Matterhorn view!"

"Spur-of-the-moment trip to Zermatt, and we lucked out with amazing weather! I booked a quad room and emailed them three days prior to request a female-only room, which they accommodated. It was really clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the showers and toilets were separate and also very clean, with separate facilities for men and women. The breakfast was impressive, and the view from the room's window was unbeatable. I'd definitely recommend staying here again next time; it's unbeatable value for money."

The hotel gave us a top-floor room with an exceptionally expansive view; the balcony offered a direct view of the Matterhorn, and the interplay of light and shadow at dawn and dusk was breathtaking. The ground floor houses a restaurant and bar with a great atmosphere. The front desk and service staff were very welcoming. The overall environment was clean and tidy, with thoughtful design details. We forgot to pay the city tax when we left too early, and thank you Margarida for helping us with that."

"Four of us stayed for one night in two rooms at Alpenblick Superior during our trip to Switzerland. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and it was very clean and peaceful, as it's not located near the main street. Do note that you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste."
