"We stayed at L7 Haeundae Busan for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The location is fantastic—right next to Haeundae Beach, with plenty of restaurants lining the walkway all the way to Haeundae Market, making meals and evening strolls very convenient and enjoyable. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. A highlight for us was the heated swimming pool, which was open even during winter and made for a relaxing experience despite the cold weather. Overall, it’s a great choice for both leisure and longer stays, and we would happily return on our next visit to Busan."

"After the bustling haeundae, this corner is slightly quiet and peaceful. No night market or mall. No shopping so we went massage at Chinatown, just a street behind hotel 🏨👍. The burger restaurant at level 2 is good. Worth the try. You can never miss Olive Young, walk out of the hotel, and towards the metro and you can spot it from afar! Just next to the Chinatown entrance. 🥳 Mart and Starbucks are just a door away from hotel at level 1, very convenient. Busan station is just 10mins walk, and inside there are shops and eateries. Rooms are abit on the small size, and there is no aircon 😵💫. Quite warm if there is insufficient cold blowing into the room in winter. 😓 Hotel should install at least ceiling fans. There are only 2 washers and 2 dryers. Not really sufficient imo. Overall, it is a good location near the train station, eateries, marts and olive young. Thank you! 😊"

"I only marked down to 4 due to amenities not available, but not required and service, again none required. The hotel has basic facilities but everything is on the doorstep. Beach and food places and entertainment all on the doorstep. All you need for a comfortable stay in great location to enjoy the area. Would definitely stay there again."

"Had an excellent stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The location is unbeatable, right in Seomyeon with direct access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with great soundproofing and a nice city view. Service throughout the hotel was professional and warm, from check-in to housekeeping. Staff were attentive and efficient, always ready to help with requests. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming. A great balance of comfort, convenience, and quality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Busan, whether for leisure or business."

"Stayed at Arban hotel for 4 nights, was allocated the room on floor 11 and had a good and restful night sleep. Things I like - one king sized bed and one single bed. Good for my mum and myself. - I love the LG steaming cabinet(ideal for those who are there for a longer period). - near to many eateries/restaurants. Things I didn’t like - there is no door for the toilet, really strange. Was given the option of hanging up a shower curtain (however staff will expect you to retrieve it from the front desk and expect you to hang up on your own). I guess this is what to expect from a 3 star hotel. - front desk staff are not very helpful and lukewarm attitude. (I ask them about luggage delivery and staff just handed a sign and ask my to check it out myself). Couldn’t ask too many questions as he didn’t seem happy to help. - only small bar soap is provided, no toothbrush/toothpaste. There was even a used shower cap hanging in our toilet when we checked in. -didn’t like the recycled room slippers provided. (Didn’t feel hygienic). - there was a music festival happening outside the hotel on the day I was checking out and taxi couldn’t stop outside the hotel. - no proper hotel lobby"

"Right across the street from a beautiful beach. The steak buffet was phenomenal. The brewery downstairs was nice. There are so many close-by restaurants and bars. I will be revisiting in the future."

"Right outside the hotel is a bus stop, which we used frequently, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's also not far from the subway station, and the surrounding area has a wide variety of shops. The hotel itself is very clean, and the staff are friendly. The only thing to note, which is different from China, is that they don't provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. However, there's a vending machine at the hotel where you can buy them, and a convenience store right next door also sells them."

"Great hotel. Modern and extremely clean inside. Staff spoke very good English which was great as we don’t speak Korean. Only slight con is the street outside smells a bit rough but that’s nothing to do with the hotel."

"Reception staff were not friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, and housekeeping staff were polite. Take note that early Nov in autumn they will disable the aircon and only provide heating so the room remains permanently at 28 degrees - belatedly realised there were other reviewers who warned about this. Staff will advise you to open the window if you feel stuffy and hot. However, this means noise from traffic and the baseball batting cage located next to the hotel. But I guess noise is better than getting a heatstroke. Pretty close walk to haeundae station, and convenient to have a convenience store downstairs and McDonald’s across the road."

"We arrived early, but the hotel has no proper drop-off area. The entrance leads inside the building, and the lobby is on the 3rd floor, which was inconvenient. The front desk staff were unwelcoming and seemed annoyed from the moment we arrived. Early check-in wasn’t possible, though we could store our luggage. When we checked in, another staff member helped us but again showed zero expression and little interest. The room was small but clean and looked new. Only reusable slippers were provided, which felt unhygienic. The balcony had a partial ocean view, blocked by nearby tall buildings. The hotel’s location is convenient, with shops, eateries, the beach, and a train station all within walking distance. However, the lack of breakfast was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. When we requested help to book a jumbo taxi, the staff acted as if it was a major inconvenience, making the experience very unpleasant. I wonder what the mindset of the receptionist staff is — if you do not want to serve customers from all over the world, then stop working there; if you do, please do your job properly. In short, this hotel is only worth considering if location is your top priority. Otherwise, the poor service and basic amenities make it hard to recommend."
