"It's located near a big road, so it was convenient when I had business in Chiba New Town! The free breakfast was very delicious and satisfying. The lobby was also spacious, and the overall stay was clean and comfortable. In addition, the chairs and desks were arranged in an ingenious way, so it was nice to be able to relax while watching TV. The location was also great, with very good access by car, and there was a supermarket ”Naritaya”, a convenience store, and a shopping facility ”Big Hop” nearby, so I had no trouble shopping or eating during my stay. "The hotel is very close to the station. It's a five-minute walk. There is a supermarket on the right side of the hotel. There are many delicious foods. The hotel breakfast is simple but worth the price. There is a hot spring inside the hotel. I haven't tried it, so I'm not sure. The room is very small. It's acceptable for one person to sleep. Non-smokers must choose a non-smoking room. The smoking room has a strong smell. The hotel is generally old but the hygiene is acceptable for this price. The front desk service is acceptable. The English is not very good. It's about half an hour from Narita Airport and nearly an hour's drive from Akihabara. Sensoji Temple is 40 minutes away. In general, it is recommended for those with a low budget. Convenient transportation is the key."

"I try to avoid flying into NRT but had no choice this trip. This hotel is well-located on the Skyaccess line and is reachable about 30 mins from NRT and is a good first night option for a late evening arrival before heading into the city. Super clean and decent breakfast."

"位置很好，步行五分鐘就到取手站，步行3分鐘就有一家711，雖然店員都不怎麼會英語，但是都很熱心幫忙。電車站一出來就有幾家飯店，2家羅森，不過羅森個人覺得比全家711貴。吃過2家還不錯，而且價格算是日本普通物價，比東京那邊便宜0.5-1倍吧。711自家可可飲料很推薦！還有在電車站東口還是西口就有一家松本清葯粧店，在二樓。也有一家大超市營業到晚上12點。去涉谷，秋葉原，機場那邊都是1小時左右。 酒店：比較新，這個價格在日本算很不錯了，衹是可能屬於比較外圍的小城市，所以公共交通也會花挺多錢。15平，包早餐雖然我沒去吃，每天早上都會提供替換毛巾。有一個算大的窗户，天氣好往外看就讓人心情很好。環境比較靜。衹有少量前台會英語，不過是自助入住，不太影響。洗漱用品都是在前台按需自取。女生護膚用品都是DHC，也是前台自取。"
