Arriving at this hotel, the hall was truly amazing, but there was small rooms and very important no English breakfast, no pan cake, no sausages or bacon for breakfast,no exotic fruit and no dried fruit,just apple,orange and Mandarine like in the hospital!there was cold pizzas for breakfast and there was also no toaster, the It took the kitchen 20 minutes to toast two slices of bread.Furthermore, the evenings are never lively, no music, such a beautiful but useless hall, a bit of piano bar?! Entertainment if it rains? I recommend the owner a nice trip to visit other hotels

È la terza volta che vengo qui. Soffro di intolleranza al glutine ed al lattosio. Dopo qualche discussione in sala, le precedenti volte, lo chef, molto gentile, mi prepara piccole alternative molto gustose e per questo lo ringrazio moltissimo. All terza esperienza all’arrivo in sala, senza neanche buongiorno e benvenuta, immediatamente mi viene detto dal maitre della sala colazioni, in modo molto sgarbato, che, “per direttive dall’alto”, non posso più ricevere alternative senza lattosio e glutine, ma esclusivamente ciò che è esposto sul buffet. Esco senza fare colazione non potendo consumare nulla. Chiedo al direttore se è possibile un’alternativa, essendo un 4 stelle, e mi risponde di sì. Il giorno dopo ricevo le “alternative” assolutamente non come le altre volte, e ho dovuto rimandarle indietro, tanto erano poco edificanti e impoverite all’osso.

Personale molto gentile accogliente e preparato. Questo però non è bastato per colmare le carenze della struttura che si presenta bene nella Hall-reception e nella parte esterna. Poi si sale per le stanze e la delusione sono camere apparentemente pulite ma in realtà solo superficialmente. La nota peggiore è per i materassi... incommentabiili... occorre fare fisioterapia al rientro.. pessimi anche soli da seduti. Colazione non di qualità molto scarsa. Il bilancio è mediocre, descrive un hotel a 3 stelle non certo 4. Posizione buona per raggiungere a piedi il centro dell'isola. Ma non torneremo qui.

Mi sono trovato benissimo nella struttura Hotel Royal ad Ischia Porto Una delle migliori che ho visitato con la location che presenta due piscine termali esterne e una interna È convenzionato con il SSN e si può fare trattamento pagando relativo ticket Detto questo la cucina è di altissima qualità,cibo sempre fresco e abbondante Rapporto Qualità prezzo altissimo specie in bassa stagione Ho fatto i fanghi al mattino presto e anche qui ho trovato operatori molto competenti e professionali Una struttura da tenere in considerazione se si vuole passare una bella vacanze

Il plus di questa struttura sono le persone, tutte molto gentili, disponibili e accoglienti. Camere nella norma, discreti i pasti al ristorante, quello che ha stonato è stata la pulizia: non in linea con la qualità complessiva offerta. Appena arrivati in camera sembrava tutto pulito, in realtà a terra non era stato spazzato, nè in camera, nè nel bagno, tantomeno era stato spolverato un mobile alto. Prontamente ho contattato il personale di pulizia che ha fatto, rapidamente, del suo meglio, lasciano il pavimento parzialmente sporco. Il giorno successivo è stata rifatta la camera, ma il pavimento è rimasto sporco così come lo avevamo lasciato, in pratica non è stato proprio spazzato. Altra nota dolente è l'area benessere: non presidiata dal personale, quindi chiunque può fare ciò che vuole, pertanto regnava disordine e sporcizia lasciata dagli ospiti. Stesso discorso per la piscina interna: i bordi erano pieni di sporcizia. Discorso diverso per le piscine esterne, tutto pulito e ordinato. Tornerei per l'accoglienza, però la spa non è funzionale.

Albergo vecchiotto tenuto bene , non benissimo, stanze comode, mezza pensione più’ che buona. Ottima la zona termale, con piscina interna molto comoda di acqua filtrata e due piscine esterne di non filtrata nel mezzo di un suggestivo giardino con limoni. Numerosi gli idromassaggi interni ed esterni . Tutto funzionale e molto godibile.

Una vacanza rilassante. L' hotel è ben collegato con la spiaggia privata. Le piscine esterne piacevoli. La stanza semplice con balcone dotata di ogni confort e pulita. Personale professionale e gentile. Cibo abbondante e varietà nella scelta.

Pessimo. Questo albergo non meriterebbe nemmeno mezza stella. Le stanze erano sporchissime: cumuli di immondizia nascosti,buste nere dell’immondizia nascoste dietro gli armadi, peli e capelli sul pavimento e sui sanitari, muffa sui muri, puzza di fumo. Le stanze sono prive di zanzariere ed entrano animali di tutti i tipi, la nostra stanza era uno scantinato senza luce e la porta di ingresso non si chiudeva bene quindi era facilmente apribile da chiunque. Arredi anni 70, mattonelle rotte, colazione scarsa e non di qualità, piscine mal tenute, asciugamani consumati…potrei fare un elenco kilometrico di problemi. Quando abbiamo segnalato la cosa al direttore ci ha risposto che non potevamo aspettarci altro da una stanza standard. Peccato che abbiamo speso 180 euro a notte per un 4 stelle e ci siamo ritrovati in un ostello dalla dubbia pulizia e dalla scarsa organizzazione.
