The hotel is in good location and very accessible to city area. The staffs are friendly and it is to great pleasure with the tour centre inside inside the hotel which you can easily book a lot of outdoor activities without worrying all the transportation arrangements. The availability with massage shops, souvenir shop, spa and sauna, swimming pool, bar and restaurants are very comprehensive and you can just enjoyed all kinds of amenities by staying in this one single hotel. There are some restaurants nearby the hotel as well which also serve as a very good alternative for dining options.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Swimming pool, onsen, decent rooms, nice breakfast, Misaki beef yakiniku, bus stop right in front of hotel, friendly receptionists, all included.

Good location, near to Ishigaki ferry terminal where vendors pick up and drop off participants for water activities, however parking spaces in the main carpark are always full and the second carpark is quite a distance away. The pool and suntanning deck were nice but pool was filled with kids and their parents and you can't do any lap swimming. Pool also opens late from 0930hrs so no early morning swim. Long queue to enter restaurant for buffet breakfast every morning. Love the initiative of getting 1000 yen voucher if you skip housekeeping.

Very good hotel in Japan! Go here - but keep in my mind: You need a car or scooter. You can walk in the citycentre within 15min., but beaches are rare. For that go to Kabira. Hotel offers daily shuttle to Fusaki Beach. Very convenient! Staff is very friendly. Room is equipped with everything you need (bathroom; charging cable; fridge; drinking water directly from the faucet; …) Breakfast has many western options (if you need them). You can chose the cleaning service or not. If not you receive a voucher for the hotel shop and the coffee-store. I really recommend ART HOTEL

Hotel locates near the city centre/ terminal. They owns two parking lots which you will not find any difficulty in parking. Room is very spacious. Offers very comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious with variety options. Staff speaks both Japanese and English.

The room is comfy and reasonable size. But the bathroom looks a bit like lower tier hotel. Convenient location and walkable distance to city for restaurant

The hotel is good with good hygiene, spacious room and convenient store. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff can assist to book the local tour for us which is amazing. However it doesn’t close to the pier and you better drive to visit Ishigaki if stay here.

Great location, friendly reception and nice environment. They have free daily Okinawa culture performance. There is limited parking slots in front of the hotel but there is a second carpark within walking distance.
