酒店給我的感覺超出預期，和式花園温泉酒店，服務也很熱心周到，温泉泡起來很舒服，下次來伊豆還會考慮住這裏

非常滿意，服務貼心周到，入住後有抹茶和點心送到房間。女生的浴服可以自己選色彩，温泉泡池無比舒服，户外的。房間寬敞，夜間有榻榻米鋪床服務。美中不足是wifi比較慢。

酒店在山上，要爬坡，從車站步行去酒店比較費勁，打不到車，酒店衹提供伊東站的免費接駁車。老牌温泉酒店，硬件設施舊，但衞生很乾凈，服務很好，提供免費糕點和抹茶，風景怡人。晚餐沒有預約就沒飯吃，酒店和伊豆南站周邊沒東西吃，我們衹能下山坐jr去伊東站那裡的海邊吃飯。山下有24小時大超市，這個蠻好的。推薦自駕和包車的入住。

非常滿意！服務熱情，車站接到酒店，專人服務到房間。驚喜的是兩餐都是單間，餐食還是不錯的！ 酒店在山上，視野開闊。

其實原本定的伊東另外一家酒店，有天接到攜程電話，説我原先預訂的酒店房間平方搞錯了，攜程幫我換到這家酒店，定了貴的房型，為此攜程為我付款了一千多的差價，這麼多年一直在攜程平台訂機酒，哪怕別的平台比攜程便宜一二百也沒有換平台，就是基於對它服務的信任。這家酒店在伊東站有司機接站，酒店衞生和服務都很好。由於房間包含一個私湯，所以沒有去大池子泡湯，相信他們家的大池子肯定也是很讚的。唯一有點遺憾的是早飯，是定食，沒有可供選擇的餘地。服務真的很好很好。最後重申一下，我不是攜程的託。

We spent one night here but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel gives a very tranquil feel with unique Japanese way of garden design outside the lobby lounge and nice view from our room. Both dinner and breakfast were the best during this holiday and were taken to our sizeable room with every items explained. In addition, complimentary ice cream was offered at the lounge after dinner. Onsen was very nicely maintained.
