"We were very happy with the room, it was the best one we stayed in during our trip to Guangxi. My wife said room 501 was already great and there was no need to upgrade, but I was really drawn to the large bathtub and outdoor pool, haha!"

"Staying at the Osmanthus Tree Hotel in Guilin was such a pleasant surprise! The whole place has a quiet, resort-like vibe, away from the city's hustle and bustle, yet it's only a 15-minute taxi ride to the city center, which is a great location. The environment is incredibly comfortable; there's a subtle scent of osmanthus everywhere, and the air is exceptionally fresh. The room was clean and cozy, and the service was superb. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with luggage, which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was extensive, including authentic Guilin rice noodles, which was super satisfying. From 8 to 9 PM, they also offered different bedtime snacks, showing great attention to detail. The hotel even has an Osmanthus Museum to visit, and many interesting DIY workshops, making it perfect for family vacations. I brought my mom this time, and just strolling on the hotel lawn was so relaxing. The only minor drawback was that the sofa chair in the room was a bit too large, taking up some of the walkway space. Other than that, I honestly can't find any faults. The overall experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Guilin!"

"The facilities are new and the service is excellent. They helped me arrange a car to the airport. At that time, there was a traffic jam in the town, and the airport car couldn't get in. The front desk arranged for a staff member to take me on an electric scooter to a non-congested area outside the town. The breakfast was a set meal and well-prepared. It's very convenient, just a short walk from the hotel to the 20 Yuan note scenic spot. I walked along the Li River from here to Jiatianxia, and it felt like I was strolling through a painting. If I have the chance, I'll definitely come back and stay here again."

Soundproofing was also good; it was quiet and peaceful at night. The facilities are comprehensive, including smart voice control and wireless charging. Hot water was quick to arrive with strong pressure, and the Wi-Fi signal was stable, perfectly adequate for daily use. The service was decent. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were friendly. Any requests were promptly attended to, with no issues encountered. There's also a 'coffee by day, bar by night' area on the second floor, a nice spot to relax with a good ambiance. "The parking lot is large and friendly to self-driving tours. The hotel is newly renovated, the facilities are relatively new and clean. The two elevators don't have to wait a long time, the room is large, the living is happy, the breakfast is good, the variety is rich, the egg and lean meat porridge are delicious, and the local special rice noodles are also delicious. "One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in during my trip to China. We watched Kong: Skull Island on the projector, which showcased the mountains that closely resemble those in Guilin.
