"This hotel's facilities are quite old and in poor condition. The bed frame sticks out significantly, making it very easy to bump your legs when walking around – even covering it wouldn't help much. It's quite dangerous if you're traveling with elderly people or children. The tissues were, to put it mildly, terrible; they felt more like plastic paper. The male and female staff who checked us in were excellent – very polite and courteous, I'd give them full marks. However, the staff member at checkout was just okay; I said goodbye, and she didn't even acknowledge me. The check-in area is in a separate building, while my room was on the second floor of a different building. I checked out on the first floor of my building, right by the roadside. The location is quite lively, with plenty of food and drink options right outside."

"Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Bangkok. All the staff are so polite and friendly. The pools at level 22 and 37 are great too. Towels are promptly replenished too. We loved the fact that ARL & BTS (phaya thai station) are connected to the hotel directly so you’re well sheltered rain or shine. We ordered food via grab during our stay with no issues too, just retrieve from concierge! Luggage storage is also available after check out. Love how big the lobby is so you can wait around for your ride or just chill there. You should definitely download the app during your stay which you can receive help from the staff 24/7 and also order any lacking in-room amenities. Perhaps a small negative point is that while the curtains are black out curtains, there is a gap at the pelmet area which meant your room will get the natural light once the sun rises which can be a pain for light sleepers. Perhaps bring your own eye mask! Overall it was a great stay and we’ll be back!"

"Overall, it was okay, but I felt it was a bit overpriced, perhaps because of the rate I booked – nearly 430 yuan for a single room including breakfast. It's conveniently located near a shopping mall, which was great for shopping. However, during my stay, some jewelry went missing. I had left it in a large tote bag one day when I went out, and there were so many other things in the bag that you wouldn't know there was jewelry inside unless you really rummaged through it. I thought it would be safe and didn't take it with me that day, but when I returned in the evening, it was gone. Even by check-out, the hotel couldn't provide a clear explanation. So, I'd advise everyone to always keep important items with them when they go out."

"Beautiful experience staying ay Aira. Restaurants, bars and everything within walking distance including Nana BTS. It's located on the upscale side of Nana and not the wild side Nana Plaza for its night life. Service, room and pool that's created to ensure an amazing experience in Bangkok. Burapa which offers a great dining experience was also a few mins walk away. It will be my come back hotel next time I am in Krungtep."

"This was my first time staying at Stupid Stay. I often visit Bangkok and try different hotels, and I think Stupid Stay really suits my preferences. It has definitely become one of my favorites now. Located about an 8-minute walk from ICS and ICONSIAM, this small hotel feels very homey, especially since it’s in a local neighborhood. There’s also a small compound with a café and salon called OURS, which is a nice bonus. The hotel has various themed rooms. I stayed in the most standard one, but it still had an interesting interior design. Very compact, yet funky and quirky. The bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser, and you can grab a toothbrush from the communal area. I usually had my snacks and breakfast in the communal area, which feels cozy and comfortable. There’s also a library that I didn’t get the chance to explore yet. Right next to the hotel is Head and Heart Studio, and on working days you can actually see the team doing their work during office hours 🤣🤣 Overall, it was a really good experience staying here. I’ll definitely come back again."

"The Centre Point Hotel Chidlom, Bangkok, is conveniently located near BTS Chit Lom station. I highly recommend getting off directly at this station. Don't make the same mistake I did by getting off at Siam station for convenience; dragging luggage under the scorching sun was unbearable. It's a 5-minute walk to CentralWorld and just a few more minutes to Big C, which is perfect for buying souvenirs on your last day. Central Embassy, a high-end mall, is a 10-minute walk behind the hotel. The surrounding area is excellent for shopping and dining. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, iced water, and hot chocolate during specific hours. I highly recommend the rich double chocolate – it's creamy and delicious. The hotel facilities are excellent. The free swimming pool and gym are open until 8 PM. There's also an indoor children's play area, an activity room, and a game room where you can play racing games, suitable for both adults and children. The spacious pool area includes a massage pool and foot bath, and the changing rooms have dry and wet saunas, plus a warm hydro-massage pool. The staff are friendly and courteous; luggage is delivered directly to your room. The rooms are equipped with simple tableware and a washer-dryer. The hotel provides free laundry detergent daily, which is perfect for Bangkok's humid weather. Just remember to bring your own hangers, as the ones in the wardrobe cannot be taken out of the room. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great natural light and a convenient spot to dry clothes. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, with both a shower and a bathtub. The bathtub is wider than those in typical hotels, making for a very comfortable soak. I saw some reviews mentioning poor hygiene and water pressure, but staying on the 28th floor, I didn't experience any of these issues. My room was clean and tidy, and the water pressure was perfectly adequate. Overall, the location is excellent, the facilities are comprehensive, and the service is attentive. It’s a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy a holiday; I highly recommend staying here."

"the room size was unmatched to most of the hotels I've stayed ! it's a suite ! so nice to have a living area separated from the bedroom ! The rooftop swimming pool and a little gym I'd give it a 4 out of 5! If it has a little spa and planted more trees and shrubs around the pool area make it a little oasis away from the busy traffic noise I'd spending more time in the rooftop garden. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights I'd say the breakfast has a lot of room for improvement ! It'd more interesting if the breakfast food has more choices for the western guests! My observation during my stayed it's about 80/20% westerners and Asian!"

"Stayed for three nights and generally felt that the hotel staff weren't very keen on serving guests; they seemed a bit unmotivated. The location is excellent, very close to the night market, so getting around was easy. There was a minor incident one morning where I felt unwell after breakfast, but the hotel manager was very helpful and bought medicine for me. Additionally, the restaurant accommodates tour groups, so it can get very crowded and noisy, making it feel less professional. Tour group members also tended to monopolize the pool for photos."
