"A wonderful hotel, perfectly located for public transport. There are plenty of places nearby with delicious food for every budget, from small stalls to Michelin-starred establishments. A really good massage parlor is just a 3-minute walk away. The hotel is clean and quiet, and there's a rooftop pool (pool towels are provided in the room). The staff are friendly and responsive. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom has everything you need: shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Breakfast is substantial and tasty (buffet style). The selection isn't huge, but it's there. Egg dishes are prepared individually for each guest. There are always vegetables and fruits. It's a good hotel, but our room had a problem with the toilet not flushing. The staff responded quickly and fixed the issue."

"I can confidently say that Aira Hotel has become one of my favorite hotels. 💓💓💓💓💓 The room I received looked exactly like the photos shown when booking, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the view. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the bathtub, relaxing while enjoying the beautiful city view. The large TV also impressed me a lot because everything in the room felt modern in such a perfect and comfortable way. What I really want to say is that staying at this hotel did not feel like staying in a hotel at all — it felt like home. It felt like I was in my own bedroom, reconnecting with myself. I traveled alone and stayed alone, and I felt extremely comfortable and safe spending time by myself in the room. For me, this experience was truly healing, and I was deeply impressed from the very first moment I opened the door and walked into the room.🪬 If you are looking for a place to truly relax, spend time with yourself, and enjoy your own personal space, I highly recommend this hotel. ☺️🤍✨🤏🏻⛲️💐 The facilities here are excellent: • Swimming pool • Fitness center • Restaurant And the hotel is also home to the famous rooftop bar “Pastel” on the 22nd floor. I had always wanted to visit this rooftop, so it felt like such a coincidence when I found out it was actually inside this hotel. Honestly, it felt like everything that brought me here happened for a reason. I spent quite some time thinking about where I wanted to spend my days off, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for me. For the room and overall atmosphere, I would honestly give it a 10/10. As for the breakfast, it was decent, but not particularly outstanding. However, the staff at the restaurant were all lovely, friendly, and treated guests very well. Personally, I just felt that the food selection was a bit limited and the taste was average. Overall, I truly love this hotel, and I’m sure I will come back here again in the future. Even though the hotel is located near nightlife areas, I still felt very safe staying here. The location is convenient and surrounded by many useful facilities. I traveled here alone and explored the area by myself, and everything felt safe and comfortable. The room was also very quiet and peaceful, which helped me sleep very well. 🪷🍀"

"we stayed in the Arte hotel for 4 days, the hotel room was super super beautiful with a super good view from the 4th floor, in the room there is a lot of space and there are all the things that you could need, the shower was really good, spacious and warm, the location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect with being within walking distance of terminal 21 multiple 7-11's and the train and metro stations. The staff was super sweet especially the people at the door and outside were the cars arrive, we went to swim 1 evening in the pool on top of the hotel and it was amazing the pool and the pool area is really beautiful and the view was amazing directly from the pool, the only thing is that on the website it doesn't say that there now is a super high building right across the street, that is not written anywhere on the website. my only criticism is on the breakfast which had a really poor selection of western food especially for a 4 star hotel, and the quality of the food was really poor at 7 in the morning the bread already seemed like it was outside from hours and the breakfast had just been open from 5 minutes, however there where some hash browns and they were good also the drinks were good, and the breakfast area was really really beautiful with nice staff. overal a really nice hotel and we really enjoyed our stay thank you so much!     "

"This was my second stay at this hotel. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub, and the room itself is spacious and very clean. The breakfast offers a great variety, and there are afternoon refreshments available daily. The staff and managers were all very polite and welcoming. I was incredibly touched that they prepared a birthday cake and decorations for me."

"What a wonderful little hotel this was not far from Koh San Road, but you could not hear any of it. The hotel is a two minute walk from the river which meant you can get on the fantastic ferries taking you up and down the river to see the different sites and visit different areas so easy and so cheap. The roof rooftop swimming pool was a blessing in the 35° heat and they provided towels and showers for you. The stuff at this hotel were very friendly and kind and offered any sort of advice you might need for things nearby."

"We booked the panoramic room. The staff were nice to show us the room with jaccuzi in case we wanted to swop. We enjoyed the panoramic room. It is rare to have a panoramic hotel room. We only had one night there and we werent in to see any sunset. But the sunrise was nice. The location was strategic. Just in front of the river but yet the surrounding was quiet and safe. The room is soundproof so there was no noise. We like the ample parking space in front of the hotel. There is welcome drink from 5pm to 11pm. Unfortunately, we were not around to enjoy it. There were free biscuits and drinks at the hotel lobby. The room was clean. Even thougj it is a small boutique hotel, there is an elevator to the different levels. Breakfast was good. There is nothing not good about the hotel except maybe to have the welcome drink available in the daytime as well."

"Perfect for our overnight stay in Bangkok, only 20 mins drive from the airport. It was clean, very affordable and had a nice pool. Staff were very friendly on arrival. There is an excellent local restaurant opposite the hotel for which I included a photo of and a 7eleven very close."

"Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. However, lady staff at kiosk (near hotel bar) has poor attitude. We had a take away food on 3rd night stay in hotel restaurant where front desk manager granted us permission to served at restaurant. The lady was complaining in slow word with other staff. This is distingursting and disrespectful to house staff, i hope the action can be taken to improved.Overall it was a pleasant stay at this hotel recommended to solo, leisure traveller."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the cruise terminal, within walking distance. I was greeted with a warm smile and even received a cookie upon check-in. The room was exceptionally spacious and well-equipped. They provided four complimentary bottles of mineral water – two at room temperature and two chilled – with any additional items being chargeable. The bathtub was fantastic, though the water pressure was a bit low, and the light on the vanity mirror was yellow. Breakfast was à la carte, and the food was delicious. Both the hot cocoa and iced matcha were excellent."
