Only limited basement parkings available for SUV, mostly are parking for disabled person, park at your own risk if u insist to use that. There are more underground parkings available for compact cars only. It’s very difficult to find empty parking nearby the building.
Only two lifts in the lobby, make sure u take the odd number accessible lift to 3rd floor for check in. This wasn’t really being advised in advance, I spent some time to find out where is the check in office.
There are multiple managements managing the Airbnb in this building.
The studio room is good and clean, location is nice, accessible to malls, restaurants, 20mins to airport, can take bus from the bus station located in front of Shilla hotel just 3mins walk from the hotel. Ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall not bad despite the parking issue and also difficult to locate when you are first time here.

Honestly, I don't recommend this place for tourists. It's a hotel-style apar**ent like a famous hotel, so there's no front desk! ! The key point is that you can't find anyone all the time, so it's inconvenient to store your luggage.
We had a room where the toilet sprayed and backflowed in the middle of the night. We couldn't find anyone, and we were given a leather plug the next day. The boss lady who added WeChat through the hotel QR code doesn't understand Chinese and Korean, and she's slow to reply to WeChat. The front desk is too important when you're away from home.
We only gave us bath towels to change every day, and there were no garbage bags.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel lady was Chinese and communication was very convenient. The two houses we stayed in were very clean. They were twin rooms and we stayed for 4 nights. The location is very good. There are many things to do and eat nearby. It is 2 minutes away from Shilla Duty Free Shop. There is a convenience store downstairs. It is also very convenient to travel. The price-performance ratio is very high. In addition to the basic facilities, there are microwave ovens, refrigerators, induction cookers and chopsticks in the room. The bedding in the room has no odor and is clean and tidy. It’s just that the hotels on Jeju Island don’t have slippers and toothpaste and toothbrushes. Everyone must bring their own!
