"I'm happy to stay on this hotel, their room is clean, quiet and comfort, closed to everywhere, but I didn't receive my deposit money after check out from this hotel. They didn't refund my deposit money, they said money will transfer back automatically to my bank account. They said need 5-6 days working days for process to get back my deposit money but till now since I left from the hotel 2 weeks already, still didn't get refund for my deposit money. Thank you."
