"Like, next time I recommend my teammates to live there, breakfast is also rich, the hotel location is close to the Damascus Gate, walking is completely no problem, the surrounding Arab market price is right, suitable for buying some fruits, etc."
"Clean and tidy. Convenient transportation, the old city of Jerusalem is within easy reach (
1400 meters), there is a convenience store for living meals 1,000 meters around, which is convenient for dining."
"Although it is located in the old town, it is still a short walk to the old town
Breakfast is OK
No elevator, luggage needs to be carried by yourself.
The room is ok, at least clean, the shower equipment is broken, but the water pressure is quite big."

"Booked for my line manager, and overall, it seems to have been a good choice. The hotel has a solid reputation, and the feedback was positive. It offers a comfortable stay, professional service, and a calm atmosphere. While I didn’t stay personally, everything appeared to go smoothly and without complaints."
"I am very satisfied with the room, retro and warm, with a large bathtub and a steam bath! Drinks in the small refrigerator are also free. We will help you organize it twice a day. The tour guide arranged is a history lecturer."
"From reception, boarding, housing facilities, room service, dining and more. They are all five-star or above, and the highest is 6-star service. The only disadvantage is that the room size is relatively small."
"Since Israel is a hilly country so even the google map mentioned it is around 20mins from Jerusalem old city , there is some up hill road u needa walk thru to get to the hotel. So if you have your car the hotel is a good option as the nearby environment is quiet. Otherwise staying in the old town maybe easier for you and save the taxi cost.
The room is nice and stylish. Very comfortable.
The breakfast is ok, tho not surprise"
"Overall it was nice,
we asked for a few requests and didn't get a response. And early in the morning the cleaners woke us up. It wasn't nice. There is room for improvement."
"A bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)"

YYuhongdouThe room is not big, but it is very clean. The location is very good, very close to the tram, 4 stops to the center station, and don't worry about traffic jam. It is within walking distance from the Yafa gate of the old city. Evening city life style is very full. Recommend friends self-guided tour to choose this hotel
章章There are many varieties of breakfast, small snacks and red wine are provided free of charge in the room, there is a free bar on the second floor, the room is quite large, the surrounding environment has restaurants and shopping malls, and the room is relatively clean.
谷谷Great hotel, great choice for breakfast, refined and healthy. The rooms are also beautiful, with large stone buildings, typical of the Jerusalem style. The facilities are very new, 10 minutes walk from the Old City and 10 minutes from the Mamilla Shopping Center. It is especially convenient and worth living.
Jjiafei2323The facade is small and the traffic is very convenient. There is a light rail station nearby, and there is a delicious shop for Arabic snacks. Just a few steps away, there is a small elevator in the lively Ben Yefa Avenue Hotel. The room is small and clean. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and some dishes, knives and forks. Luggage storage is very convenient, the front desk staff are very kind
MMelody at HushEscapesThis is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.
GGuest UserThe hotel was clean. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor - which I cleaned up. All in all it was fine. But - it was almost impossible to find. I went to the address - and I don't see a thing that resembled a hotel. It turns out, you need to walk through a rusty gate and down a flight of stairs (below street level). It occupies just a small space all on one level. If a lady from the hotel hadn't seen me on the street looking confused, I'd have never have found it.
GGuest UserRoom looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city.
It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel.
Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly.
Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.
DDanielaVery comfortable and clean room, very friendly staff and the location is excellent as it is very close to all tourist sites. Super recommended.
GGuest UserGreat hotel experience! Clean, comfortable rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Great location. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Nice lobby with coffee and tea all the time, was a great place to talk to other guests from all around the world. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. 5-stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
