建水最貴的兩家酒店裡選了和院，簡直太明智了！酒店位置太好了，鬧中取靜，面湖而居。花費7年時間耗資超1億，全部建築榫卯結構手工雕琢，不愧為精品酒店！佈局、造景、茶室、餐飲、花藝，處處驚艷！
手寫的歡迎信和歡迎水果、睡前牛奶，服務和細節遠超很多五星級酒店，精品酒店的魅力就在於這種回家的温暖感！
總之，有朋友來建水，我衹推薦和院！
PS: 用餐的3號院環境太好了，晚餐真是好吃了，尤其那個牛肉。早餐也出乎意料的是自助，晨早伴着鳥鳴用餐簡直絕絕子！

酒店的確很有特色，木雕作品和古城內的老宅子相呼應，住在這個精緻的現代打造的木質花園中式風格酒店裡別具一格，因為價格貴，整個酒店很幽靜。晚飯後散步廣慈湖，涼風習習，湖光夜景很美。如果不考慮價格因素的話、是個住宿享受的好地方。不過作為高檔次酒店，有些細節需要提升：比如停車場毫無遮蓋，整日暴曬，酒店應該給客户準備車用遮陰布；餐廳景緻很好，但是早餐很一般，無論是套餐還是自助，沒有出彩的地方，當然也沒出錯，和臨安酒店比較顯得遜色不少。連住三晚吃了三頓晚餐，第一頓的黃燜鴨味道食材都很贊，接下來的兩頓飯的魚差強人意，不夠酒店設定的高檔定位。三樓的確是酒店湖景最好的樓層，可惜望出去有一半是馬路和停車場，由此覺得酒店選址有點尷尬，據説7億資金打造的精品酒店背後緊貼當地的高層住宅，我很羨慕這棟住宅樓的居民，天天有着湖景和精品別院的視覺享受。沒入住之前我對酒店的期望是周圍環境更好一些的。另外房間每天贈送的咖啡居然是速溶咖啡，這和酒店的裝修品味相差太遠。謝謝酒店贈送的書《建水密碼》。

清明節假期來住了兩晚，雖然出了一點小插曲，但是總的體驗來説很好，服務很貼心，可以説是建水酒店天花板，古香古色的木雕建築很有感覺，已經成為一個值得來的景點。

網上查了以後訂了和院兩間大床房，都給升級了房間。
房間很舒服，設施不錯，衞生間大，美中不足衞生間下水道有點味道，不過關上門以後不影響室內。
連住兩晚，在第二晚時出現個小蟲子。純木結構可以理解吧。
其他客人在樓道喧嘩時聲音挺大，其他時候還好。同伴説晚上房間不隔音，娛樂動靜不小。
下午茶時間關係沒有使用。
洗漱用品的香味很喜歡，床墊非常舒服。緩解疲勞效果很好。床品非常舒服，沒有洗滌殘留，容易過敏的皮膚完全沒有問題。非常👍。
行李員搬抬行李很辛苦，感謝！前台的小哥哥很nice。
給酒店的建議
1.吸煙區明確劃分，自己的員工不能在大廳吸煙。清晨退房時有個主管在大廳吸煙，感官很差。
2.定期殺蟲。
3.多種方式提醒客人房間不隔音。夜間不要喧嘩。喧嘩容易透露私隱。

酒店硬件和軟件都在線。停車方便。客服會提早溝通入住時間，到店有歡迎飲料。門口廣慈湖也是晚間散步的好去處。房間寬敞，舒適。床品舒服。入住水果和飲料也都是免費的。在建水應該是很不錯的選擇了。
