服務沒話説，太完美，起來晚了，錯過了早餐，餐廳阿姨不怕麻煩煮了葱油湯麪，煎了荷包蛋，心裏暖暖的很感動，讓出門在外的我有種回家的感覺。😀😀😀👍👍👍

服務完美，接待熱情，200左右的酒店，這個環境跟設施真的是超讚的，前台小姐姐熱情專業，客房整潔乾淨，早餐自助的不要錢，贈送2份，品種多，那個茶葉蛋很入味，還有現磨咖啡，喝了冰拿鐵，裏面加了椰乳，味道很純堪比星巴克了，總體來説不錯的酒店，下次出遊西塘還會選擇這家，還有接送服務，推介。

酒店格局不錯，大堂有商務區可以看書，早餐品種齊全，小餛燉味道不錯，現磨咖啡也好喝，房間很大寬場，沿河風景優美，前台服務熱情升級了房型，退房還打包了咖啡，非黨滿意的一次入住，好評必須的，

房間衞生，早餐都很好，前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務態度好，還有接送服務，網速熱水都可以，周邊有個美食街，離西塘古鎮很近，還有免費咖啡可以打包帶走的，免費停車，不錯的入住體驗，推薦

房間衞生整潔，服務熱情，早餐也很好，餐廳阿姨做的流心煎蛋很好吃，酒店周邊有美食街，離景區步行10分鐘吧，大堂還準備了檸檬水，酒店還有足浴養生，逛完景區回來做個足療放鬆一下，真的很不錯的，值得推薦，5⭐️

酒店真的不錯，單位做的團建，前台小姐姐服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，還有機器人送餐服務，距離西塘景區走路不到10分鐘，酒店邊上還有美食小吃街，很熱鬧，人均30左右，早餐的蔬菜用了酒店自己種的，真的非常好，值得推薦。
