位置醒目，火車廣場就可見到，樓中多酒店共存；酒店裝修和設施設備都非常好，智能控制，燈光控制特別合理，睡眠模式燈光熄滅，控制鍵上的微光就能滿足取物，衞生間燈是感應式，真很方便；唯一問題是地漏水封效果不佳，應該是極個別情況。火車站樞紐公共交通很方便，荊州重視文物保護，城市公園多，水平高。
