7點多鐘，三樓樓頂就在施工，打沖擊鑽，房間都震動起來了，接打電話都聽不清楚，跟前台多次溝通後，還是照舊。入住時，前台還極力推薦我辦卡。辦了一個最高會員，沒想到體驗這麼差，什麼**玩意

設施齊全，房間衞生打掃乾淨，一點異味沒有。前台浴保安大叔很熱情，大半夜找吃的，各種推薦，指引方向。

帶兩個孩子在荊州轉機住的酒店，因為帶孩子提出需要安靜一點的房間，前台很周到的給安排了靠近小區的房間，衞生乾淨，環境整潔，入住期間電視問題客房阿姨和值班保安大叔很熱心的幫忙聯繫解決，這個價格很超值。
要是酒店有早餐就好了，會方便很多。

訂了四間豪華大床房，入住時給我們的房間是內窗的大床房，也不告知我們，第二天一早找客服，居然説沒有房間了就給我們開大床了，真的是免費降級房間。房間熱水忽冷忽熱，酒店位置偏的不能再偏了，很失望的一次訂房體驗。

開業那天就注意到了這裏，昨天剛好碰到旁邊米粉店準備第二天開業，好巧不巧的朋友過來，入住體驗相當不錯，新開業的酒店性價比超級高，前台小姐姐很熱情，朋友喝酒了剛來就給了個熱毛巾，很舒服的趕腳啊！客房阿姨也熱情似火，房間免費送水送毛巾啥的，一點也不怕麻煩！聽説馬上就有深夜一碗粥了，一定再來體驗一下！加油，祝生意興隆紅紅火火
