Firstly we are not required to pay any deposit and that ease the process of checking. We got city view hotel and the bed was super big and comfy. Many pillows as well for u to snuggle. But the toilet bowel bidet only have cold water. For the shower room its separated wt windown glass frm toilet bowl. The bathtub is slightly old and not painted. It could be improved. The room have no Aircond Remote so you had to shiver all night long and even when i switch off i feel damn cold. Breakfast was ok more to malaysian style. The porridge did not taste so good. But nasi lemak chicken rendang and other items taste good. Plenty of fruits and drinks for u choose as well. Bathtub has both hot and cold water pipe. Just a one day relaxing stay and we liked it. Toiletries are all provided. About the swimming pool it looks like old fashioned bt clean. Thank you Thistle.

The rooms are large and simple in interior but very clean. You can see the strait from your room, so you can relax. No toothbrush is provided. You can rent a hair dryer. The staff are very kind and polite. It seemed that time was flowing slowly and I was able to spend it comfortably. Since the reclamation work of the strait in front of the hotel has begun, I wonder if high-rise condominiums and shopping malls will be built and this view will change.

First of all, the hotel is brand new. The hotel is very close to the JB city centre yet located in a very quiet surroundings. Secured indoor parking. The 2 Bedroom Suite is definitely worth every penny...extremely generous in space, a very functional kitchen, spacious dining area and living room. Would definitely come back with family & kids as they have a nice kids pool at level 5 with nice view of Johor straits & also Singapore!

This is my second stay here, and the place feels once again like home...super friendly and clean and cozy...good value budget accommodation with hot shower, strong fan, self service kitchen with free coffee and tea and drinking water... it's located a bit outside the center of JB but still very walkable... Easy to book, seamless check in/out process for one-night stay We stayed in the Executive King unit. Very spacious and well equipped amenities (kitchen with fridge and kettle), many electrical sockets. Especially love the bidet with wash, dry, and seat warmer features! It looks like the electrical sockets and bathroom have been renovated recently. However the wardrobes in the kitchen and bathroom aren't so clean on the insides. The soundproofing is not so good, so can hear people in the corridor, rain, and traffic on the motorway outside loudly. Ok if you're a heavy sleeper, but probably will not suit light sleepers looking to get a good rest. No comments on the rest of the hotel amenities, restaurant etc. as it was closed for renovation at the time of our stay. We enjoyed a quiet, easy walk on the road through Kampong Muhd Amin to the restaurants and cafes located along Jalan Kolam Ayer (near Kolam Ayer Mosque). Overall ok as a basic accommodation for short stay on a budget

Run by elderly couple. Actual place is older and more run down than pictures. But honestly for the price, it was acceptable. Slept like a baby. Recommend for non fussy solo people. Indian Briyani shop outside serves delicious tosai.
