Great hotel, wonderful personnel, beautiful territory. Love everything! Food is awesome, a great variety of everything! Kanji restaurant provides delicious food. Kids are in love with kid’s club and all the activities animation team provides. Thank you for care about our kids!

Location/Arrival: 30 min taxi from Antalya airport, arrived at midnight and was greeted from the taxi. Bags carried all the way to reception and to our rooms. Reception staff were excellent when checking us in and provided us with all the necessary information. Room: - 2 Adults & 2 Children We are staying in a Superior room which is on the second floor of the main hotel. In my opinion these are better and look very modern. Very clean, the cleaning team we met on the second day have been looking after us impeccably well. Mini fridge filled daily with drinks and snacks 👍 Food & Drink: Fantastic choice of food, not had chance to try everywhere just yet as there is so much choice! Premium drinks and excellent range of coffee and teas. Live cooking stations available and the chefs are super friendly. We are staying for 10 nights and have been given 2 additional restaurant visits and Sushi experience. The main food restaurants however are more than enough, kids part of the restaurant is a lovely touch. Staff: Friendliness is excellent, everyone we have encountered has been friendly and accommodating. Having previously stayed at a different resort I was slightly sceptical, however we have been blown away with this resort. Entertainment: Big show entertainment is on every evening with a kids disco beforehand. There are also games going on throughout the day if that’s your cup of tea. Staff are not pushy. Pools: Adult only pool for total relaxation. There’s then a really big main pool, next to this is a heated toddler pool. Further on there is another pool next to the slides. Slides are great fun and open 10-12 & 2-6. Further o. There is a kids club, we didn’t leave our kids in here but would have felt safe doing so. Our kids popped and out as they pleased. PlayStation 5’s, Lego room, mini park, trampolines, cinema and crafts available whenever you like. Kids club open 10am - 11pm. There is also a kids splash zone with slides etc.. Other points: We are currently still on site for another week staying in room 4212. We have already booked to come back again next October! Great hotel for family holiday! Staff is super friendly, food delicious and amazing slides for children and adults. Our little girl Emma had the best time in the kids club with Emma from animation team. Emma is very engaging with the children and they all seem to love her. Our little one didnt even want to go on slides anymore. She was having so much fun with Emma in the kids club. Brilliant mini disco after dinner for children and great entertainment for adults. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families with young children as loads to do for them. And you dont need to get up at 6am to get a sunbed 😊

We spent 11 nights here in May-June 2024! The hotel is beautiful we were in a room not in the hotel and the attention to detail was brilliant! Free mini bar and snacks topped up daily. Shampoo and travel toiletries were brilliant and the towel robes were my fav! The kids club is brilliant and a very big shout out to Emma who I felt I trusted 100% with my girls who were both very sad to leave her on our last day! Things is wish I had been told before going 1- the hotel restaurant is big and spread out the main hall holding salads and sauces desserts and chips - there’s only one tray of them and people don’t know how to queue. All other food is outdoors and wonderful. The kids section is on the left by the stairs or across the hall if already in the restaurant which super quiet with little chairs. 2- sunbeds although signs say no reservations be sure that at 7:30am sunbeds were already being taken! So be sure to get yours 3- not hotel related - if your booking with tui make sure you check in online or check emails we were split up on the flight and received no email to check in and despite us showing proof of this we were forced to pay £5 per person to check in disappointed in an package holiday adding this charge on! 4- talking of money take some! If you want to paint a tshirt or do the horse riding in kids club it’s 15 euro for 40 for the horse riding if you want to go to supervise its 20! Theirs sand art of an evening that’s also 5 euro! Nearest cash machine is a 5 min walk away! 5- be aware of evening entertainment towel hugging ******. (Example in photos) Despite signs saying no reserving your table people ignore this and put their towels- bottles of water from the fridge and even hats to make sure you can’t take their seat so move them as I spent 3 evenings not eating with my family so I could watch my children do the mini disco at 8:30pm! Staff do not take towels away even though stated on signs and really put a downer on my holiday! 6- crepes - there’s always a line for them in the morning and if your not British and line up be sure people will just go and get them! 7- there’s a 24 hour bar/snack place called the bloom bar note no food will be out during 6:30-9:30 but after that you can even order burger and chips if you wished! 8- there is food by the main bar and a line of food down towards the shops but the restaurant by the beach serve food between 12-3 and is incredible!! 9- some of the kids show cross over with the evening entertainment so be sure to check out both timetables the clown show on Monday is fantastic 10- the carnival - if your lucky enough to get to go to it go straight to the sweet table be sure it’s completely ransacked in seconds as some kids and adults are greedy my girls didn’t get a candy floss and I saw kids walking around with 4! The operations manager in me was screaming for a more methodical way of doing this so everyone got the same but non the less a fun 45 mins. 11- pre book the restaurants depend

This Hotel did not disappoint, and is truly wonderful. The research we did before booking the Hotel only reaffirmed and even exceeded our expectations during our stay. The Hotel management are clearly very proud of what they have, and all the staff are clearly taught to buy into the Hotels expectations around how the guests are treated. Nothing is too much trouble, and you do really feel the Hotel genuinely cares about their guests, and making sure everyone has the best time. We stayed in the Club Comfort Room which was great for 2 adults and one 6 year old. So many Highlights , but the ones below spring to mind 🤔 Food is exceptional at all times, and in all areas - Especially the Curry Man from India in the main restaurant 👌 All the Staff 👋 The evening shows 👍 The facilities for the Kids 😀 Overall we could not fault the hotel or the staff, and enjoyed an amazing 10 nights. Would we return……see you next year….x

The kids clubs were fantastic, Always something different to keep the kids entertained. From T-shirt painting, jugsaws, colouring and fun games, it had it all. All the staff were very helpful, especially Emma, who was amazing with my daughter.

Great for families. Lots to do for kids, activities are really good. Shows great for kids. Staff are really friendly especially emma from the kids club. Kids water park is amazing! Really happy with the hotel and how clean it is! Great all round family trip

Very comfortable 100% family hotel. The territory is absolutely beautiful. A lot of green space.Easy access to main restaurant, pools and bars. The service is top, delicious food. Kids club is class, everything kids want and need for all ages from morning till 23:00! Playground, video games, craft, Lego, archery, football, water slides and many more. Big thanks to lovely and friendly Emma from kids club. Would recommend Papillon Belvil to my friends with kids. Great holiday, thank you
