The hotel is amazing. The food, the cleanliness of the rooms, everything is great. My room has a spectacular view of the new museum and the pyramids. The staff members are friendly and polite. I found my experience very satisfying. Definitely. It won't be our last visit.

El hotel es chino, en medio del cairo, la limpieza es mínima y justa. La comida del desayuno, muy justa y poco variada. El mantenimiento tampoco es bueno, faltaban pomos de puertas, no iban algunas cisternas del WC. El hotel el bonito, pero la puerta da a una especie de avenida muy difícil y peligrosa de transitar andando y con muchísimo tráfico. Se puede oír desde las habitación los miles de coche pitando. Las vistas desde la habitación, decentes porque se veía el nuevo museo y dos de las pirámides de Giza, gracias a su proximodad

Небольшой отель с маленькой ухоженной территорией. Очень красивая вечерняя подсветка. Одно из преимуществ отеля, он находится в пешей доступности к одной из главных достопримечательностей Каира. До платы Гиза мы дошли пешком, но дорога до пирамид небезопасная. Шли по оживлённой трассе, поэтому всё же лучше заказать такси.

Terrible hotel, las habitaciones están tan descuidadas y en mal estado que da asco estar dentro, los colchones se sienten los resortes y está sucio en general todos los espacios. No hay manera posible que este hotel sea de más de 2 estrellas

En un viaje con tantas cosas para ver cómo es el de Egipto descansar es fundamental y este no es el lugar para hacerlo. Ruido infernal proveniente de la calle las ventanas no cierran correctamente y el desayuno terrible. Vamos… una joya. El restaurante supone el colofón a este desastre de lugar. Malo y extremadamente caro. Un plato de espagueti 2o€ además de picantes. Los pedí para mis hijos y fue un grave error. Hay mil alojamientos mejores en la zona. Huid mientras podáis.

Incluso teniendo en cuenta que Egipto todavía está recuperando sus infraestructuras turísticas, esté hotel está exageradamente lejos de lo que debería esper****. Nuestra experiencia empezó cuando llegamos, a las 22 horas, y la habitación no estaba lista. Ni la nuestra ni otra del grupo del viaje. Cuando nos la dieron, fue sin toallas, sin papel higiénico, gel o champú y con retos del uso de loc clientes anteriores. El buffet del desayuno es regular como mucho. Es la primera vez que en un hotel, de cualquier categoría, no veo café (sólo hay sobres de Nescafe). Y poca bollería, con lo que las opciones son limitadas. La tienda de dentro del hotel no se sabe muy bien qué horario tiene. Y la bebida y comida en el bar tiene precios absurdamente altos. Estamos hablando de que 2 platos combinados simples a más no poder con 2 bebidas nos costaron 50€ en Egipto. Y habría más cosas, pero creo que con esto ya se puede tener una idea. Sinceramente, si vuestra agencia os ha asignado este hotel, intentaría cambiarlo.
