I am very impressed with Infinitea Centric Dharamshala Hotel. The moment you open the room door, it senses your body temperature and the power on by itself. The design of the hotel very modern, excellent service, clean, staffs are superb friendly and their services behaviors 5 star rating. The food are excellent good. The property is located in a awesome location with superb views. The staff is well-trained, polite and cooperative. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic. The food is delicious and the hospitality is commendable. The property has various sunset views that give excellent photo opportunities. The rooftop cafe is beautiful and a great add-on. The property has an indoor swimming pool, gym, and snooker table. The staff is humble and helpful, making the stay a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Special mention needs to be made about a few of the staff members viz. at the front desk Shubham & Deepa made our check in a breeze. Prem at the bell desk brightens the day with his smile, Prashant at room service was superb and his service was outstanding. Kamalpreet and Nitin at the restaurant were efficient and their attention to detail was phenomenal, they understood our likes and dislikes, the ***ner in which we liked our meal, water etc.Special thanks to Chef ***n & the F&B in charge Bablu who catered to our special needs and ensured that our meals were made correctly. Overall we had an awesome stay and phenomenal experience.
