This is the most satisfactory hotel of my trip to Kenya. Despite the last-minute booking, the hotel still prepared a beautiful honeymoon setup for us and even provided a welcome fruit basket and a bottle of champagne. The staff's service was both warm and attentive. While the hotel's facilities were a bit dated, they were impeccably clean. Our room's balcony faced Lake Elementaita, offering a delightful view. We could spot flamingos and pelicans right from the balcony. The restaurant had a diverse dishes with delicious flavors. The campfire also relaxed us at night. All the staff were friendly and helpful. To be highlighted are the reception and restaurant. The outdoor area, including the animals that appeared regularly, was very interesting and had something of a safari and holiday feel about it. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need to be renovated and modernized. But nothing was missing here either. The food selection was sufficient, but could be a little more extensive (fruit, cheese), especially at breakfast.

Spectacular services,private lawns for the new years gala dinner was amazing. Breakfast is excellent,fresh and lovingly prepared. Donald,Doreen,mercy ,Elizabeth and the entire staff gave the best service that went into our stay. We loved every minute and look forward to coming back one day!
