H ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ φιλικη!Τα δωμάτι α καλα και το πρωινό πλούσιο . Αλλά για το υπόλοιπο προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν ... καθόλου φιλικό είναι λυπηρό που δεν μαθαίνουν από την ιδιοκτήτρια. (Φρανγκοφονιδες) Κατά τα άλλα καλά τοποθετημένο!!!

Great staff, always smiling and willing to help
Only needs some updating of air conditioners in our room… thankfully the Kar*****i nights are usually cool and comfortable

The place was amazing the rooms were really just so comfortable and gives that's cozy vibe and really spacious rooms. I would say if there was a parking spot able to be made it would make this hotel really epic. (I do understand though that everything is quite cramped along this road so it'll be difficult to do.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ κεντρικό και συνεπώς δεν εχει και πολύ ησυχία. Αν είσαι μπροστά και εχεις ανοικτά παράθυρα, ακούς φωνές των περαστικών ολη νύχτα! Το δωμάτιο σχετικά άνετο, το μπάνιο επιπέδου επαρχιακού ξενοδοχείου, το πρωινό υποφερτό, αν έχει κόσμο είναι δυσκολο να βρείς αδειο τραπέζι στη σάλλα. Μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία το parking..σε 200 μέτρα εχει κάποιο δημοτικό χώρο που είναι πάντα γεμάτος και πρέπει να φέρνεις βόλτες στη πόλη για να βρείς..το καλύτερο απο όλα πάντως, ήταν οτι κανείς στη ρεσεψιόν δεν μας ζήτησε ταυτότητα..πληρώσαμε cash 50 ευρώ και...απόδειξη?..ούτε κουβέντα!..γεια σας!

Είχαμε πάει εκεί με τις φίλες μου για ένα μόνο βράδυ εκεί που είμαστε έτοιμες για να κοιμηθούμε ακούσαμε κτυπήματος από το μπάνιο. Ελέγξαμε αν ήταν κάποιος αλλά δεν υπήρχε κανείς ούτε στο μπάνιο μας ούτε στο δίπλα δωμάτιο που ήταν ένα άλλο μεγαλύτερο μπάνιο. Είχαμε τρομάξει και πήγαμε να ζητήσουμε την βοήθεια κάποιου αλλά κανείς δεν μας βοήθησε εντέλει περιμέναμε στον διάδρομο μες τα σκοτάδια μόνες μας γιατί δεν ξέραμε τι να κάνουμε μετά από κάπου 1 ώρα επειδή είχαμε κουραστεί αποφασίσαμε να πάμε να δούμε πάλι στο μπάνιο. Μπήκαμε χτυπάμε λίγο τον τοίχο για να δούμε αν μας απαντήσει πίσω και μετά από λίγα δευτερόλεπτα ξανά ακούμε χτυπήματα (όλοι τότε κοιμόντουσαν να πούμε) Δεν είχαμε άλλη επιλογή δεν αντέχαμε άλλο από την κούραση όλης της ημέρας κι όλας οπότε καταλήξαμε να κοιμόμαστε και οι τρεις σε ένα κρεβάτι (+ότι είχαμε 2 κρεβάτια αντί για 3 που θα έπρεπε κανονικά αλλά ας το ξεχάσουμε και αυτό) αφήστε ότι εγώ έπεσα και κάτω από το κρεβάτι αλλά οκ. Απαίσιο βράδυ πραγματικά δεν ξέρουμε τι μπορεί να ήταν αυτό που μας χτύπαγε αλλά θα μπορούσαν να μας βοηθήσουν όταν το ζητήσαμε.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλό σημείο - στο κέντρο του Καρπενησιου. Ταυτόχρονα όμως είναι πολύ ήσυχο. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ καλό και τα δωμάτια άνετα και ζεστά. Οι ιδιοκτήτες ευγενείς και έτοιμοι να ικανοποιήσουν κάθε μας επιθυμία. Ευχαρίστως θα επέλεγα το Ελβετία σε επόμενη επίσκεψη στο όμορφο Καρπενήσι!!!!! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!!
