"The room is small but similar to other hotels in Japan. Japanese home-cooked meals were provided, and both breakfasts had almost the same menu. They give you a ticket to use the hot spring right next door for free. Ocheon is open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., but admission closes at 9:15 p.m. For dinner, a simple menu is served until 9 p.m. A car is essential as there are no other amenities nearby. Convenience stores are within walking distance, but restaurants and supermarkets are far away so walking is difficult. It's the perfect place to enjoy a quiet morning and evening hot spring bath."

"Great for train travellers, only steps away from the station and the park entrance is a pleasant short walk to get there. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel as we needed to catch an early train. The twin room is large and has a view of the park. What I enjoyed most was soaking in the natural hot spring after a park visit. Satisfying."

"Stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a wonderful stay. We were given the top floor with a pretty view. The room is nicely furnished with amenities provided for kids as well. There's even an air purifier in the room. The hotel provides easy access to Huis Ten Bosch where tickets can be bought at the concierge, and they also provide free ferry services to the theme park. There's also a family mart and a bakery at the basement of the hotel. Walking back to hotel from the theme park at nignt is easy too. Will definitely come back if we visit Huis Ten Bosch again."

"This hotel is located inside the Huis Ten Bosch, with easy access across the theme park via the shuttle bus, the room is spacious and with all the amenities needed. I booked this hotel via Trip.com due to their official web couldn't accept credit card issued outside of Japan (not sure if this is common for Japan hotels) overall experience with Hotel Amsterdam is great, highly recommended!"

"If you go to Kyushu, you must go to Huis Ten Bosch. You will see many tulip and Miffy-themed buses and dolls. Adults will also be as happy as children! Self check-in, pajamas, bottled water, hard mattress, good sleep quality. There is a Family Mart and Lawson at the entrance, so you don't need to buy food outside. I bought a 1.5-day Huis Ten Bosch ticket (I bought it after arriving, which was cheaper than buying it from an online travel agency). The restaurants in the park are only a little more expensive than those outside, but there are more choices. I had pizza and Japanese wagyu set meal."

"We enjoyed to stay. Hotel staff members are very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet at hotel are good as well. I just didn’t know about free shuttle from station to hotel at the beginning. If I know early, I did not walk extras and save energy. Otherwise we are very happy to stay there."

"A hotel located within the Huis Ten Bosch grounds. If you stay at the hotel, you get a free park ticket for the next day, so that's a great thing. However, it's very expensive... It's just located within the park, and the hotel itself was quite average. The breakfast at Hotel Europa was more luxurious than that at Hotel Amsterdam."
