Hotel room very dirty (salle, sporco, pis, sucio) Service lazy (nulle, svogliato, tember, aburrido) We find in the bed an old child red sock writing Christmas Oo. Structure pool dangerous We complaine at the réception about the sock. I ask to cancel the other payed réservation for the 7 May but they have not accept.

We visited with my mother to use the spa and bath for 1 night. I would especially like to thank Ms. Kezban for her interest, massage and help. Since we went on a weekday, the hotel was quiet.

We received a daily private family bath service. I called at 10 in the morning and was told that it could be used at 17:00 as the pool water would be emptied and refilled and disinfected, so we made an appointment for that time and went there. There was a basin, a mini sauna and a thermal pool inside. The pool was full of hair lumps. The places were good. it was not cleaned, all our clothes got damp because there was no dressing room, we had a hard time getting dressed because of the steam, we almost fainted, it was not possible to dry off, they left only one tiny piece of soap and other toiletries for two people instead of two, the officer who took us to the bath did not give any descriptive information, said this is it, and left, and the jacuzzi of the pool did not work either. One good thing is that there was a fruit plate in the room. The products were nice and fresh. I don't think I will choose them again unless the service quality improves.
