j'ai payer pour deux nuit d'hôtel, car les animaux sont admis, arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai été viré violemment par le personnel, car j'avais un lapin nain, qui fait parti des animaux de compagnie, le mr de l'hôtel ma menacé de partir, car il ne voulais pas de mon petit lapin nain, si je ne partais pas, il m'a menacé de m'etrangler, et il me propose qu'un remboursement partiel, alors qu'il ne m'a même pas autorisé à rentrer dans sont établissement. une honte, obligé de dormir dans un local à poubelle car je n'ais pas trouvé d'autre hôtel. j'ai enregistré sur mon portable la façon de on m'a viré comme un chien. c'est bien dommage que je ne puisse pas la posté pour vous montrer. je veux l'intégralité du remboursement de mes deux nuit d'hôtel et non pas un remboursement partiel. une honte, de parler avec autant de violence a des gens qui on payer, et réservé, et de ne pas les recevoir. les animaux sont admis c'est marqué sur le site de l'hôtel.

Über die offiziellen Corona-Vorgaben kann jeder denken, was er will. Dass man zu Zeiten der strikten Maskenpflicht vom Inhaber eines Hotels beim Check-In aufgefordert bzw. gebeten wird, die Maske abzunehmen, weil er sich gerne von Angesicht zu Angesicht mit den Kunden unterhalten möchte, GEHT GAR NICHT. Eine völlig unangebrachte und indiskutabele Diskussion des Chefs zu den offiziellen Vorgaben folgte auch noch. Der Frühstücksraum war früh um 08.00 Uhr noch versperrt, der Chef erschien dann Minuten später, im Frühstücksraum war noch nichts vorbereitet. Im Haus wurde Geburtstag gefeiert bis um 04.00 Uhr früh, an eine halbwegs ruhige Nacht war nicht zu denken. Das Zimmer (Einzelzimmer unterm Dach) sauber, aber alt und abgeranzt.

Das Hotel ist direkt in der Stadt gelegen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert und sehr schön. Am Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nichts vermisst.
