She is helpful and recommended us where to go and eat. We delighted.We definitely recommend staying"

"The hotel in Khao Lak town is so beautiful. The check-in is very smooth, the environment is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. I booked a two-bedroom villa. The living room is a bit small, and the own swimming pool is not big, but it is just right for children to play. After playing, they can jump directly to the beach to play. The beach is private to the hotel and very quiet. The hotel children's playground is not available, but it is full of good quality wooden toys that can be played for a long time. I don't know why it closes at 5 o'clock. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it is very delicate. There are not many adult activities in the hotel. Muay Thai is recommended. The bicycle (paid) tour is average and not recommended. The disadvantage is that the water temperature of the villa's swimming pool is low. There is shade in the morning but the water is cold. It is super sunny between 10-4 o'clock and you can't go into the water. Then the refrigerator and bathroom are not replenished in time every day. I am not very satisfied with this price. The leftovers were left at the door one night. No one took them away the next morning. A big lizard was attracted. I was scared to death."

"Our stay at Robinson the was great. It was the end of our trip with two sets of parents, and the perfect place to wind down and relax on a beautiful beach. The staff was excellent and made us feel immediately welcomed. The biggest positives in our view: Staff, cleanliness, immaculate grounds, breakfast, gym/basketball/sports courts, and the great beach. What could be improved upon: the a la carte menu at the Bamboo bar was lacking in Thai options, as well as general quality. We ordered 7 dishes, and only the samosas and fish and chips were of decent quality compared to other food on our trip. This was in stark contrast to their breakfast and dinner buffets, which were both pretty good. Neutral: The location. While the resort has everything you'd need, they are fairly out of the way of everything. This offers a more private and quiet feel, but also means options are lacking, such as finding good Thai food or doing any light shopping or stocking up on drinking water at a sane price. - If you walk south on the beach (through a fun rocky area when tide isn't too high), you'll find some good restaurants, such as Thai Beach restaurant. Their food was among the best we'd had on our trip. The massaman curry was fantastic. Overall: Lovely stay, and would come back again for a few days!"

The resort sits right on a lovely stretch of Khaolak beach with great views, especially at sunset. 🌿The architecture and decor are stylish, blending modern luxury with natural/rustic touches—wood, greenery, garden views. 🛏️Rooms are generally spacious and comfortable, many with balconies. There are upgraded suites (pool‑view, garden view) for more luxury. 🏊♂️Facilities are good: multiple pools, spa, fitness centre and cafe 👦❤️🧒The staff are frequently praised: friendly, helpful, caring, and attentive. The most of staff were local people made the stay special. 🏖️Wonderful Place❤️"

"Impressive experience : Location have all the facilities, perfect for family, couple, group travel. You can literally find everything here do not have to leave the hotel if you dont want too. I have notice there are 2 type of zone, pool access zone which perfect for fun type of vacation, if you want a bit more peace look for villa otherwise it could overwhelm you wit a lot going on in the pool area. Also lagoon view room ＜ not a villa＞ can give you a bit more semi private and peaceful experience. Breakfast is abundant ＜ not much choice for Vegan/Vegetarian ＞. Plenty parking available. Plenty socket in the room, huge bathroom, huge bathtub for lagoon view room, The most impressive is 5 stars service, all staff are well train, calm and relaxing personality, everyone is very nice and polite to client, they know how to make guest feel prioritize, very safe as well, I have lost my earphone never thoughts i could get it back ＜. think it was lost in the sand＞ but one of the staff found it and return to me i was so blessed. Also private beach is stunningly beautiful and quiet. They also have application where you can order and see all hotel detail in the app, super convenience, you can also request date/time for make up room service as well from the app, I used it for in room dinning work very well. I would recommended this place. Suggestion: Furniture are unique design but not practical, wall is too thin i was annoyed by my neighbor most of the time. Remark: The place look exactly right on the picture."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! I'm still here, we're leaving on 12/05. There's something to compare it to. We've been eyeing this hotel for a long time, and we made the right choice. It's very compact, surrounded by greenery and flowers. A pond with huge fish, I've never seen anything like them. Its own sunbathing area with wooden loungers, tables, mattresses and umbrellas. Great breakfasts! New dishes every day! Everything is delicious! They constantly refill if something is over. The fruits are ripe, delicious, cut into fancy shapes, very beautiful ❤️ The staff is always friendly and smiling! 🫶🏻🙏🏼 Daily, excellent cleaning of the room with replenishment of towels, water, gel, shampoo, conditioner, change of linen. You feel like a needed guest. Thank you very much for leaving warm feelings about the holiday, we will definitely come back 😍"

"It takes 90 minutes to come from Phuket Airport, and some roads are under construction. The environment of the hotel belongs to the nature of a farmyard, and it is really close to Surin Island Pier, 15KM In 30 minutes. Nearby parks, beaches, restaurants and shops can all be visited."

"Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr schön, das Personal ist sehr nett gewesen und der Eigentümer hat alles für uns organisiert ( Taxi, Tours etc). Restaurants, Lebensmittel Geschäfte, Shops, Bars ganz in der Nähe. Wir sind auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden😊"
